Disappointed with Our Experience ???? We were really looking forward to a relaxing couple’s massage, but unfortunately, only I was accommodated while my husband was left without service. We were told that no therapists were available because their therapists had left, which was frustrating especially since our appointment had been confirmed days in advance. Not only was this disappointing, but it also wasted my husband’s time as he had to sit and wait while I received the service that we had both booked for. I understand that unexpected things can happen, but it would have been much better if we had been informed ahead of time rather than arriving and being let down. As a frequent customer of 12 Tribes, I’ve supported this business because I love to see Filipino-owned businesses thrive. However, this experience left us feeling frustrated and unvalued. Unfortunately, after this, we won’t be booking again. I truly hope they improve their system so that future customers don’t have to go through the same experience.

Best massage clinic in Calgary! ???? All their therapist are recommended but ofcourse I have my favorite - Ate Nesel!! She is the best! She will provide you an excellent service. The owners are nice too and the vibes of their clinic is very relaxing. They also have small playcorner that your kids can enjoy! ???? recommended!

The best massage center. All the massage therapists offer excellent and relaxing treatment. The owner and the receptionist are all accomodating and welcoming. Highly recommended. There is also play area for the small kids while waiting.

My husband and I had an amazing experience in this place! This was so far the BEST massage we had in Calgary. The ambiance was soothing, and the staff were nice and professional. The massage therapist, Ate Nesel and the owner (who accommodated my husband) was outstanding. Also they took the time to listen to our concerns and customize the massage to target our needs. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of relaxation and stress relief. We will definitely be returning for another session soon!

I experienced a rejuvenating afternoon when I first went to 12 Tribes Massage Clinic. I feel at ease and relaxed before, during, and after the massage with Ate Nesel, who is a very amazing massage therapist. There's a positive feeling and the clinic is tidy. Ms. Sarah is a really kind, cheerful, and accommodating person. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience that I would definitely recommend. I'm looking forward to our next meeting.
