My sister & I went for the Aromatherapy massages and the ladies were awesome. Both my sister and I have medical issues that result in not being able to have a regular lay down type of massage and the ladies were super accommodating and so friendly. I highly recommend Damara day spa west Edmonton

Booked the couples connection. I don’t think I’d really qualify this as a spa. The room looked like a doctors office more than a spa. It was cold, was shivering like crazy while they were putting on the body wrap scrub, provider didn’t say a thing. Their website claims that they have RMTs on staff. But none were there for the massage portion. The line was drawn after being taken through a hotel lobby, to the community fitness centre/pool shower. It was dingy with the weakest water pressure. No way this is worth $455, I called an end to the service after the shower and we settled on a much lower price for the weak service that was provided, I do respect not putting up a big fight and trying to demand I pay full price. Not a single minute of relaxation. The website is very professional and it’s honestly deceiving. The young ladies that provided the service were nice but need some better training.

It was ok. Couple’s package Facial used Lovely product line. My skin feels nice. But, Tiny room, awkward for couples massage… smelled like a bleach swimming pool… could hear kids screaming. Apparently my massage therapist was having a bad day… not one smile or eye contact in a three hour service… Really expensive for what we got… warm flat nonalcoholic corona at 10 am??? That was what was offered for beverages during the pedicure?? Really… its a hotel…with a restaurant and bar! literally any drink available and we got warm flat non alcoholic corona… Wont book again. If he knew better and had ever been before hed be really mad at whet this cost for what we got. Next time ill call Evelin Charles… sorry.

Came here for my bachelorette party to have an afternoon at the spa. Massage was great, facial was good (only reason I’m giving 3 stars). I had to have my pedicure on the bed because the two chairs were taken by my bridal party.. which was fine but it meant that they didn’t bother with a foot soak for me. My biggest issues are: 1) that my calluses/dry skin on my feet were barely worked on (she just kind of messily tore up the bottom of my feet) and 2) it is two days after my pedicure and I have lost 1/2 of all of the polish on my toes. Improper prep was clearly the problem because I allowed about 2.5 hours for my toes to completely dry and I was already missing three complete nails worth of polish the next morning. I now, after only being two days post-pedicure, have 5 toes completely missing polish. As if the entire piece of polish is just flaking right off. Not happy… no quality in this pedicure or longevity. Would not recommend for pedicure services.

My sister, mother and I all went for a facial and a massage. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and the facial was just superb. We all left feeling like we were glowing. Thank you to Mariya, Ana, and Minyla.

Recently did the "spa experience" package and had the most relaxing time! Ana did an amazing job with both my massage and facial. Highly recommend.

on Monday November 18, 2024 at 1pm, for a couples connection. We left feeling disappointed as it was less than professional for the price we paid. The massage was not relaxing due to: 1. While being massaged, the therapist did not follow a proper routine and we left congested and irritated. 2. The room was too small as our therapists did not have enough room to pass each other and wearing what sounded like a snowsuit, making noise that should not be heard during a relaxing session. 3. My privacy was not respected, the therapist peered over the towel as I was turning over, leaving me feeling uncomfortable, normally a sheet is used not a towel to cover oneself while turning over, and the therapist would ask not look to see if I was ready. 4. My boyfriend also remarked the therapist was tugging at the leg pillow to readjust him, leaving him feeling physically uncomfortable and not able to fully relax. 5. As the massage ended the therapist in a louder than necessary voice told us, our time was up. We understand that everyone has a “bad day”, however from what we experienced this was not simply that.

My daughter in-law booked a nice spa day for myself and a family member. We had a great time, the service was excellent and they treated us very well.
