Welcome to Keystone Massage Therapy Centre! This welcoming, professional clinic is owned and operated by Mary Sharland-Presta and David Presta, Registered Massage Therapists with over 30 years of practice. They are joined by a committed team of RMTs who share their vision for a client-centred approach to the experience of massage therapy. Acupuncture and TCM is also available with Angela Warburton. The practitioners at Keystone will work with you to discover your health care goals and provide individualized treatments to help you achieve them. ONLINE BOOKING is available but appointments are generally booked well in advance so using the online wait list is recommended and walk-in appointments are not available.

I have been going to Mary for over a decade and she is amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, truly feels like family. She has cured various back injuries, exercise injuries, and everyday stress that my body/muscles take on. Great quality massages and good communication. I have been going to Elaine for the last couple months and every session she does not disappoint. Super convenient location for me to walk to as a student. I also recently started going to Jenny as her availability is convenient. She is wonderful and provides extra attention to areas mentioned that are sore. Her 25 years of experience definitely shows.

David is thoughtful and thorough in seeking to understand and resolve pain issues, often giving suggestions for posture, stretches or movements to prevent recurrence. I came to Keystone on the recommendation of an elderly friend who at 95 is healthier and more spry than women 10-15 years her junior. She has been getting monthly treatments with David for over 25 years! She says: “David and Mary are a great team, always pleasant and welcoming, treating me like a friend or member of the family. My muscles are always relieved and feel ‘young’ again after a treatment!”
