This spa is magical! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We were running late for our appointment and made changes twice, both times the staff were nice and easy to speak to. The facility itself is so clean and calming. The massage was phenomenal, they took their time and it was the perfect amount of pressure. My neck is always so stiff and sore, after the massage it felt like I had lifted about 20lbs off my neck. The staff know exactly which points to target and how much pressure to apply to each specific area. The way they adjusted my neck and back, was incredible. I am so excited to go back for another visit! To the end the treatment, they provided us with a hot cup of tea and a chocolate. It was a phenomenal experience and I highly recommend everyone should try it out!

Visited yesterday for a couple’s Thai massage and was assisted by Annie and Patricia. They were warm, welcoming, and handled our last-minute appointment with promptness and care! I really appreciated how they checked for details before the session—like preferred pressure level and areas needing focus—to ensure a personalized experience. Annie was highly professional throughout. While I do wish they had a shower option, they did a great job using hot towels to remove the oil, leaving me feeling refreshed ????‍♀️ Post-massage, they offered hot tea and chocolate, which was such a thoughtful and rejuvenating touch! Definitely recommended and looking forward to revisiting ✌️

I had one of the most incredible massages here with Annie. She really understands energy and how to tune into the body. I lift a lot of weights and she was able to really roll out my tightest spots. Super intuitive yet firm. I highly recommend this place!

My friend and I had an amazing time at Lanna Thai Spa for our oil combination Thai massage, our second visit in the past three months because we loved it so much! The cozy vibe with soft lighting and soothing Thai music is perfect for unwinding. The staff were incredibly friendly, offering us tea with chocolate after the session, which was such a nice touch. The massage was fantastic—my shoulders were stiff before, but the smooth oil techniques and firm pressure worked magic, and those final stretches left us both super relaxed. I’ve already recommended it to friends! we’ll keep coming back!

One of the best spa massages I’ve had in Metro Vancouver. The staff are sweet and friendly and the massages were amazing. When I came I had knots in my back and shoulders which disappeared after just a 60 minute massage. We will definitely be coming back here regularly!
