I’ve been seeing Nat for over two years now, and I’m always so happy with the results! She’s truly a master at working with blonde hair, and I always leave the salon feeling confident and refreshed. The customer service at the salon is top-notch. Everyone is professional, welcoming, and they really make you feel comfortable. I have to say I was treated like a VIP from start to finish. I was offered a beverage as soon as I was greeted. I asked for water. It came in a champagne glass and was nice and cold. I came in to do a free consultation for a colour and cut with Natalie and she was extremely knowledgeable and we are both on the same page. I decided to take advantage and get a pedicure and A.J. Is amazing, she brought me a delicious cappuccino with foam n cinnamon. The place is absolutely gorgeous. I had never been upstairs before. She gave me a tour and explained the services they offer. I usually just thought of them and hair. But they have so much more! It was a fabulous pedicure. Extremely thorough, very comfortable and relaxing. I’ve already booked my hair appointment and my next pedicure. I’m actually going to call back and book a manicure too. It’s all Aveda products which I love. I feel wonderful. Thanks to Patricia and A.J. wonderful, genuine people. My new favourite spa.

INCREDIBLE SALON!! I went in twice and will be returning again at this salon to get my hair done. First appointment I got there early, the ladies at the front desk were super kind, offering water and coffee and being super polite! I had my hair done by Shawn, I was initially expecting a color but had booked too short of a slot, he was very understanding, walked me through what would have to happen to my (heavily damaged) hair for it to get to what I wanted, ran tests with bleach, and even threw in a free treatment to fill the time! My second appointment went just as good, had a shampoo cocktail done as we figured my hair would be too weak and it turned out amazing, I was surprised by how different it was even with how quick and easy the service was. At each checkout the front desk staff was super kind and sweet and answered my questions about other services. Some might find it expensive but I believe you are getting what you pay for, the services are also listed online with their prices so you should book according to your budget! Shawn is amazing and very knowledgeable on what he's doing (explained many things to me) and the other staff were kind and accommodating, highly recommend this salon!!

I'm a longtime client of Pure NV's. By far the best Hair salon in Hamilton. They take care of me, my wife, my kids, my sister, and my dad. We love it there. Trish and Miranda are down to Earth, friendly, and make every visit a wonderful experience along with their all star team of hair stylists. If I could put more than 5 stars I would! The best.

After giving this spa countless chances I cannot begin to express my frustration. A pre wedding gift to my mom was a pedicure for her big day. We went the day before her wedding. After getting hers done & waiting until mine was done, we then left. After taking her sandals off it appeared to have already smudged the nail polish. She called to see if she could be fit in the next morning because she wanted them to be perfect for the day. When she went back in she was told that there were clearly too many coats on for it to ever properly dry. Yet once again she left the spa & waited 5 hours before putting on her wedding shoes… only to take them off that night and have ruined nail polish. She then removed it that night as she did not want ruined nail polish on for her vacation. Additionally, my pinky toe was scrapped so hard to the point that there was a burn. I was just told I must have had a cut before. Absolutely insane prices for the quality of work they provide in the nail salon.
