"Visited this place about 10x. Seems is pleasant and nice. Very clean and comfortable waiting area. So the reason for my rating is solely based on the threading. I've never had this issue before but since visiting this place my hair has become thicker and the growth around my fave longer. My eyebrows are a disaster the shape is completely gone. I am now trying to find a different place. So I wouldn't recommend the threading. Also it's very pricey."

"Arya Spa gave me a true spa service. It was very clean and Seema was very professional. She was very polite and worked with me for entire 60 mins. She did not leave the room or picked up the phone. It was very clean and products used were very upscale. From clean sheets, comfortable bed, hot towels to slippers, everything was very impressive. The best part was when I asked her to do my arms waxing and she politely said that she did not have time because she was expecting her next client. She did not want to rush me or herself to finish my work. She said that she wanted to be ready and on time for her next client. I would recommend to go and try for a day for “Yourself”. I am glad that I have found you."

"It was a horrible experience. Went for manicure Shelac. I will spare you details but I left work NO Nails. Length filed down completely and the colour she used was leaking over cuticles therefore had to be filed off. They do not have foil to properly remove nor proper nail polish. I can not say I would ever recommend this place. The lady was very noce and felt badly but it is only obvious that manicures are not the top service they provide. It was an hour and I left with blue polish on my corners of nails and in my cuticles. Now to go back to my own nail place to get this “fixed “. I only went as I had a wayspa gift card to use and felt this was a nice place with good reviews. I was wrong."

"Completely unprofessional. I booked an appointment for my sister, mom and myself for my mom's birthday. Booked three facials, asked that we can do them all at the same time and told that was not a problem. Two days before our appointment then get a call to say that they cannot accommodate us, they could only do two facials. Do not book appointments unless you can 100% accommodate! Because it was two days before the weekend all other places were booked and it ruined the weekend for my mom's birthday."

"I have to say I was treated like a VIP from start to finish. I was offered a beverage as soon as I was greeted. I asked for water. It came in a champagne glass and was nice and cold. I came in to do a free consultation for a colour and cut with Natalie and she was extremely knowledgeable and we are both on the same page. I decided to take advantage and get a pedicure and A.J. Is amazing, she brought me a delicious cappuccino with foam n cinnamon. The place is absolutely gorgeous. I had never been upstairs before. She gave me a tour and explained the services they offer. "INCREDIBLE SALON!! I went in twice and will be returning again at this salon to get my hair done. First appointment I got there early, the ladies at the front desk were super kind, offering water and coffee and being super polite! I had my hair done by Shawn, I was initially expecting a color but had booked too short of a slot, he was very understanding, walked me through what would have to happen to my (heavily damaged) hair for it to get to what I wanted, ran tests with bleach, and even threw in a free treatment to fill the time! My second appointment went just as good, had a shampoo cocktail done as we figured my hair would be too weak and it turned out amazing, I was surprised by how different it was even with how quick and easy the service was. At each checkout the front desk staff was super kind and sweet and answered my questions about other services. Some might find it expensive but I believe you are getting what you pay for, the services are also listed online with their prices so you should book according to your budget! Shawn is amazing and very knowledgeable on what he's doing (explained many things to me) and the other staff were kind and accommodating, highly recommend this salon!!"

"After giving this spa countless chances I cannot begin to express my frustration. A pre wedding gift to my mom was a pedicure for her big day. We went the day before her wedding. After getting hers done & waiting until mine was done, we then left. After taking her sandals off it appeared to have already smudged the nail polish. She called to see if she could be fit in the next morning because she wanted them to be perfect for the day. When she went back in she was told that there were clearly too many coats on for it to ever properly dry. Yet once again she left the spa & waited 5 hours before putting on her wedding shoes… only to take them off that night and have ruined nail polish. She then removed it that night as she did not want ruined nail polish on for her vacation. Additionally, my pinky toe was scrapped so hard to the point that there was a burn. I was just told I must have had a cut before. Absolutely insane prices for the quality of work they provide in the nail salon."
