Could not recommend SHIFT massage and wellness enough. Michael is an amazing RMT. It was a very relaxing massage and I left feeling stress free. It is a beautiful space as well. 10/10/10's across the board.

Michael did a phenomenal job on the massage. It has relieved up the lower back, shoulders and neck pains I've been having. The atmosphere and space of the place were very clean, cozy and provided personable service. Would definitely recommend and will book again in the future.
