I’ve been going to Kemy at the ten spot for wax services for the past two years, and she’s fantastic! She’s professional, thorough, and makes the whole experience as comfortable as possible. She’s also really friendly and great to chat with, which makes the appointment fly by.

Very nice and friendly people. I haven't had a pedicure in a long time but I remembered tenspot was the most hygienic back in the day when I DID get regular pedis. Got a gel pedi apt for 9am and was done before 10am. I didn't specify shape. Just clean and tidy and sparkly. This location is kind of a dated look now...I remember the old location being much brighter and maybe that added to that feeling of it being super clean that I liked haha but I had no other complaints. Attached photos of the pedi for your own opinions. My technician was Apsara.

I had an incredible experience at Tenspot! The team was highly professional and welcoming, creating a very relaxing atmosphere from start to finish. I was very impressed by their attention to detail, the cleanliness of their equipment, and the overall quality of the manicure. The results were flawless, and the care they put into their work truly stood out. Highly recommended <3

I never post negative reviews but I do have some comments about this location. First off, they did an excellent job on my brows each time. My issue is with the constant cancellations and requests for rescheduling on their end. Every time I booked using the online system I would get a call a day or two before the appointment with various reasons for why they can’t keep the appointment. I work nearby and it’s often a challenge to find times to come in during the workday that fit with my schedule. Rescheduling is usually not an option for me but I have tried to accommodate their requests when possible as I didn’t want to lose the appointment entirely. Despite loving the service when they do keep the appointment I don’t think I’ll be booking here anymore after the fourth time in a row with these kinds of requests from them, as there is a lack of professionalism and consideration for the clients’ time.

I stumbled on this place while im on way back from work. The team was super accommodating, and gave me an appointment with Charise for an eyebrow wax and i have been consistently coming back! I love it here, and would highly recommend

Today I tried their waxing services. Aspara was lovely and professional. She made feel comfortable and explained after care to me. As always, I was super happy with the turn out. My nails look cool, its a great location and staff is always super friendly!

Mediocre service for high end price. Eyebrow lam and tint also burnt my skin and flaked off 2 days later.
