A nice retreat from the winter cold, this spa is nice and cozy with high end decor. Service was very accommodating and even provided us with a heated neck pillow. Come before your appointment and enjoy a sauna!

The ambiance is serene, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean—instantly putting me in a state of relaxation. I booked a 60 minute couples relation massage and it was amazing. My therapist was highly skilled, attentive, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the treatment. The little details like cozy robes, soothing music, and a lovely relaxation lounge with refreshments and a sauna made the experience even more luxurious. This spa truly goes above and beyond in creating a top-tier wellness retreat. I left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to my next visit. Ambleside Spa is an amazing place—so zen, with top-notch facilities. It’s the perfect spot to relax and take care of yourself. My daughter gifted me a massage, and the experience was incredible. Ambleside Spa has a warm and tranquil ambiance, which is soothing and welcoming. The staff are all friendly and aim to understand your needs and provide recommendations addressing your concerns. I saw Tinkerbell for a massage and she was both professional and skilled, tailoring the massage to my specific needs. She checked in with me throughout the process to ensure the pressure she applied was sufficient and adapted her approach based on my feedback. Additionally, the sauna left me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my visit was perfect, offering helpful tips for aftercare and making sure I had everything I needed.

This was my very first time getting a massage, and I opted for the 60-minute hot stone massage. Overall, my experience was great! The spa itself is beautiful — from the stunning relaxation area and sauna to the clean and well-maintained change rooms. The receptionist was especially kind and welcoming, which made the whole visit feel even more relaxing. As for the massage, the hot stones felt absolutely amazing and added a soothing warmth that I really enjoyed. The only downside I found was the noise during the session. The sound of the stones clacking and being shuffled around as the therapist searched for the right ones was a bit distracting. It also felt a little rushed at times as the therapist moved between massaging and managing the stones. If you're sensitive to sound or looking for a quieter experience, you might want to consider a different massage style. It's just something I hadn’t thought of beforehand — and I imagine many others don’t either when booking a hot stone massage! That said, this is definitely a spa I’ll be returning to. The atmosphere is serene, the staff are lovely, and I can’t wait to try another treatment soon.

Her very skilled staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. They took the time to ask about any preferences or concerns before my treatment, which made me feel valued and cared for. I opted for the signature massage which was nothing short of amazing. The facilities are first class, with a luxurious touch with every detail thoughtfully considered. The ambiance throughout the entire spa is peaceful and tranquil, making it easy to forget the outside world. Overall, The Spa at Ambleside provides an unforgettable, pampering experience that I would highly recommend. Whether you're looking to unwind, refresh, or just treat yourself, this place is a true oasis of relaxation.

If you are looking for a spa in Edmonton, look no further. The Spa at Ambleside is by far the best I have been to! It is truly unmatched and such a breath of fresh air as many other spas are now focusing on med-spa style procedures instead of more traditional services. And I love supporting a local business that prides themselves on quality hospitality. The spa is a beautiful and tranquil space that promotes relaxation, with wonderful amenities and highly professional yet personable staff. They offer a range of indulgent and therapeutic services using high quality products (I was thrilled to learn they used Eminence products at my first visit!). There is surely something for everyone! And if you are like me and frequent the spa often, there are membership options available which is a lovely feature!
