This is by far the worst service I have ever dealt with. I came here for a gel polish change for myself and daughter. It took 2.5 hours. The person who did our nails did not know what she was doing. She did not know how to use the electric filer and she left it in one place too long and hurt me. She used the same files/tools on both of us. She was highly inexperienced. As for the job that was done I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. I told the person I was unhappy when I left and called the next morning. When the manager called me back she didn’t offer anything to remedy the situation. Total lack of professionalism, skill and cleanliness. She tried to charge me $75 dollars for this.

I saw their name in passing and was surprised they were still in business! I was a loyal customer when Vicki ran the place. Shortly after she handed the reins to a family member, I purchased a Mani/Pedi gift certificate for my husband for Christmas. He went to try and use it a year and one month later and they wouldn't honour it! The certificate expired after a year and they wouldn't even negotiate it. Never went back. Took my referred friends with me. Money down the drain. Their loss was someone else's gain. By the sounds of these reviews, not much has changed. Really miss Vicki, though. She was amazing and would have never done that to a client.

I was here a couple weeks or so ago for eyebrows threading - and Mandeep was amazingly professional. She was welcoming and friendly and completed the threading without it hurting very much and in a record amount of time too! She was gently yet firm and very professional. She also accommodated me even though I was much earlier than my appointment time! Will definitely be making regular visits here!

Purchased a kids Groupon to pamper my little girl plus try this place out myself to see if it's any good. AVOID AVOID AVOID. When she started on my little girl there was no soaking of the feet or anything just straight polish after removal of her old polish. Thank God my son was hungry so used it as an excuse to bolt early and just have my shellac removed as I was quoted $67 for a pedicure plus $10 to remove shellac and additional $10 for new shellac. That's $87 and if it follows the same protocol as my little girls service that's pretty outrageous for just changing my polish. I'll go back to the Vietnamese dominated shops thanks. Nice touch on the coffee and the juice but no where close what you need to be successful and compete on the same level as other available salons. You couldn't even impress a 6 year old, let alone retain adults as customers. Beautiful place but you guys need to do way better, even if it's just services for little kids. Services of children also come with services for accompanying adults FYI, based on my own experience anyway.

I have seen results from my laser treatment. The space is always clean, and the esthetician is always ready, so there is no waiting time. On my last appointment, I was treated by Sidram. She was so nice, patient, and respectful. She explained to me what she was doing and why, and she tried to be as gentle as possible. I left the place super happy with my results and with the customer service I received. I 100% recommend it.

I found this spa through groupon. I went in for a facial, body scrub and eyebrow waxing, and I was happy with the services given by Mandy. I liked that she was quiet during the facial unlike some other spas I’ve been to, wherein they keep talking and it ruins the relaxation experience.

Make sure to see the reviews from their customers and not friends/family. I got 8 laser treatments done for jawline and they did the job they were supposed to only for the last three treatments and that too after several (polite) arguments. I still have several patches around the treatment area and they said if I continue doing the treatments it will go away. Hello! If you did your job for what you were initially paid for, it would've worked by now. Anyway, I was sick of their management-has-changed-so-policy-has-changed excuses and them rescheduling appointment last minute 3/8 times but wouldnt accomodate yours even once and charge $20 no-show fees when you call to reschedule (please note those are no-show fees not cancellation fees) so will not be continuing my business here. The lady at front desk/phone will try to be super sweet but is quite a bit of liar(!). Watch out and just make sure you have record of ALL the things discussed when you interact. Especially before/after pictures and treatment area/s to cover. Response to owner: In that case, I should get refund for $60 for you cancelling/rescheduling 3× times within 24 hours of appointment? I understand laser results are not guaranteed, BUT if you did all paid treatments correctly the results would've been better than what they are currently.

Would not recommend this place. I got a lash lift from one of the Technicians and she blatantly ignored my request. I asked for a more natural C-curve before the session and she said that she will look to see what rod fits me, but ended up giving me a lash lift with a very abrupt L-curve. Because my lashes are quite straight naturally, after a few weeks it's just a mess as the lift starts to become undone, my natural lashes and the abrupt L-curve are just fighting each other.
