"I have been going to Kamal’s Day Spa for the past 5 years. Kamal is amazing at threading eyebrows. I went to numerous eyebrow ladies In the past and Kamal is the only one who have give my eyebrows the perfect shape. I drive 30mins just to go to kamal for my eyebrows. Her threading technique is so gentle and almost painless. If you get your eyebrows done by Kamal you will not regret it! I highly recommend Kamal for your eyebrow shaping needs!"

"Kamal’s day spa is a very relaxing environment, I received eyebrow threading and a head massage. I have thin eyebrows and was worried about them getting thinner. The staff listened to my concerns and made my eyebrows look amazing. The head massage was like heaven, the essential oils were calming and the massage was beyond relaxing. "Kamal is such a talented woman! I came in with super round eyebrows, thinking maybe it'll improve at least a little. At my consultation, I had showed Kamal a picture of my desired shape and of course, within just a few appointments... I had the shape I've wanted for years. "I had booked a couples massage for our anniversary. With about 3 hours until our appointment, was called and told our appointment was cancelled due to a massage therapist no longer available. When I asked about what compensation would be provided due to less than 24 hours notice, was told nothing was forthcoming. I understand things happen last minute, but seems a little unfair that if it was the other way around, I’d be charged for the appointment according to their cancellation policy. This would have been my first visit, but likely won’t be returning."

We are a young couple, and it was and still is such a nice day date spot for us to go for couples massages ????????????✨️. Also came when I was pregnant. Personally I love the hot stones! I've gotten cupping done here before from Giovanna she's amazing! Would definitely recommend as we've tried many other massage therapist businesses but we love Riverstone!"

"I used to love going here. However, questionable administration practices have ruined the experience for me. Even when messages are left more than 24 hours in advance, they will come after you for missing your appointment. I was told I owed full-price for missing for missing an appointment, I then used the form on their own website to give notice over 24 hours in advance and cancel my next appointment. It was ignored so that they can claim a no-show and try to collect on it, despite there being no mention at all of even a simple cancellation policy on their website. (Nevermind one they consider tricky.) Apparently they will also post your "according to them" supposed appointment history on Google as well, extremely shady for a business in the field of healthcare. Their graciousness fails to include a warning after the supposed first offence, death of immediate family members, reading the inbox of their webform, protecting personal health information, posting their supposed policies, having consistent answers regarding policies, or refraining from using Google reviews to send personally addressed messages."
