She had such a nice calm voice and was very good about explaining everything that was being done. She also discussed some other different facial techniques that we could explore in the future. It was very clear that she is incredibly knowledgeable in this field and I had complete confidence with her. As well the neck and scalp massage were fantastic! The Salon is very nice. Clean, bright, and everyone is so incredibly sweet and cheery. I can't wait to return on Thursday for a pedicure and I am hoping to book my husband in for a facial soon too. Definitely recommend!"
