They said they would redo it and then the owner changed her mind and said it was because she put her flip flops in too soon. Colour was patchy, nails not properly filed and ragged cuticles. "I hate to write this as the ladies that work here are nice but I really wish I had gone somewhere else. I spent $55 for a less than 40 minute pedicure - 20 of which was either soaking my feet in the water or soaking in the paraffin wax. The package I got included an “indulgent feet and legs massage” which didn’t happen at all. She didn’t even touch my calves which has never happened before. Even in a regular pedicure, I’ve always received at least some sort of leg massage. The “foot massage” was a 30 second scrub and then some lotion. Again, I’ve never not had a foot massage even in just a regular pedicure... let alone a more expensive spa package. She also barely did any actual scrubbing of any calluses. Another review mentions these exact things and I wish I had listened. I 100% could have done this myself but I decided to treat myself and I regret it. I am incredibly disappointed and definitely won’t be back. The owner’s clearly don’t care much as they haven’t responded to a single review. The place down the hill has better reviews - I suggest trying there and avoiding this place."

The French tips are all uneven and there is white spots all over where it shouldn’t be as well as polish all over my skin! 36.75 for the worst nails of my life and they were rude! I wouldn’t recommend nor will I go again"

From the very first appointment to now, Sheriza has been very professional. I get threading done by her and she is extremely precise. It was so soft and glowing. My son has been to her for facial treatments to help with his acne and he was very impressed. "Very bad haircut by the staff. I got the haircut from a staff who comes on weekends (said by sheeba). I just wanted a normal straight haircut. It wasn’t straight first time and I told her to make it straight second time. By the time she cut my hair with middle portion up-to the shoulder and sides are long and I got remaining no hair to make it straight. I don't recommend this staff again."

"I highly recommend going to Body Solutions. Tiffany doesn't use the traditional massage therapy methods that you're probably used too; instead she uses trigger points throughout your body to work through your tight and tense muscles. She also offers other services like using a trigger point massage gun on a tough area, cupping and scraping. I have never had this type of massage therapy until I found Tiffany, but it has been great for helping my back pain and tension. I highly recommend, especially if you've tried the traditional massage therapy before and it hasn't quite worked well, definitely come to Body Solutions and try the trigger point massage with Tiffany!"
