Newly renovated. The experience of massage and facial were great. They do not use steam on facials but do extractions. They have complimentary juices and snacks. Each change room has a sauna and steam room, but no pool access. The biggest downside is every few minutes you hear and feel the subway as this spa is in the basement.

Incredible service from the moment I arrived. All of the staff are so kind and professional which really elevates the experience. Great amenities all around— I basically had the place to myself which was an extra bonus. Best hot stone massage I’ve ever had with delicious treats and juice afterwards. A lovely relaxing space that is beautifully decorated and taken care of. The only downside is that being in the basement you do hear the subway when it passes through. This threw me initially but would definitely not stop me from returning. Highly recommend!

Stillwater Spa at Park Hyatt is an absolute gem! Everything about my experience was amazing—the staff, the amenities, and the overall atmosphere. The spa is impeccably clean, and every team member was professional, kind, and incredibly welcoming from start to finish. A special shoutout to Leela, who was so sweet and accommodating—she truly set the tone for a wonderful visit. And if you’re looking for an outstanding massage, I highly recommend Istvan. His technique is unmatched, and he made my experience even more incredible. I can’t wait to return! Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience.

I was fortunate to have an appointment with RMT Samantha, and she was absolutely amazing. Not only did she provide an exceptional 90-minute deep tissue massage, but I also left feeling recharged and completely relaxed, thanks to the kindness and warmth she radiated. Having visited all the luxury spas in the city, my experience with Samantha and the front desk staff was, by far, my favorite to date. I highly recommend Samantha and Stillwater Spa, and I am looking forward to visiting again. Thank you so much, Samantha.

Stillwater Spa offers a lovely retreat for relaxation, located in the basement of the venue. The receptionists were attentive, thoroughly explaining the facilities and procedures to ensure I was comfortable and prepared. However, the common area was quite small and busy, which felt a bit cramped. Not sure if it was a common practice, as this was my first spa experience, I found it a little strange and uncomfortable to wait for treatments in a bathrobe alongside other guests similarly attired in such a small area. That said, the treatments were outstanding. Samantha (RMT) and Harley (Esthetician) both provided exceptional care and skill. The pre-set but adjustable 18% gratuity was well-earned. Be prepared for premium pricing, but the quality of service makes it worthwhile. Thank you, Stillwater Spa, for a wonderfully relaxing afternoon!

I have been going to Stillwater for years before Renos. My first visit back since the updates! No hot tub or pods but the space was lovely. The waiting area rest lounge was comfortable and there are delicious desserts. The menu rotates but lucky me the caramel black sesame tarts and scones were amazing! Sloan teas and some juices are available to order and free of charge. The wet and dry sauna in the change room were great. The space is smaller but the service is still top notch and a wonderful spa experience.

First time back to this spa after their 3 to 4 year renovation. Personally enjoyed the layout and ambiance of their pre-renovation Spa, but this one too was enjoyable, sleek, modern and a good experience. Massage was excellent. Lounge away small and cozy. Great service.

I booked an aromatherapy experience and it was very relaxing. They also have a steam room and sauna. There's a common area where you can lounge and enjoy small bites and refreshments. They had everything from fresh juice, tea, and water. The place was clean and staff are friendly.
