I've been to a couple of different massage studios in the Metro Vancouver area, and she is hands down the best for deep tissue massages (a lot of the others I've been to don't apply enough pressure). "Arranged to celebrate a friend’s birthday at the spa, manicures, pedicures, facials. There was a total of 5 of us and Noreen (the proprietor) made sure we were all taken care of. She arranged for us to bring in snacks and beverages while we were there and also blocked out a few hours just for us. It was an amazing experience lots of laughing and relaxing, which was exactly what we had hoped for. My manicurist was so lovely, Hawy, she gave me such a lovely massage and really took her time ensuring that I got exactly what I asked for as I am a picky client. The space is welcoming, lots of greenery and intimate at the same time. The staff is ready to help you with anything you ask of them. Very clean! Very friendly! They offer a ton of services and will be expanding. Looking forward to going back again."

Then I had an Indian head massage by Alexandra and it was an hour of pure relaxation. I will definitely be back to try the salt float tank and salt cave. They looked amazing too."

"I absolutely loved my spa afternoon spent here last Friday. I tried the IR sauna for the first time and salt cave. I loved that I was able to connect my iPhone to the Bluetooth speakers in the sauna and chose my own music or podcast to listen to well I was in the sauna. I had originally booked a package for 2 but my friend wasn’t able to make it at the last minute so they were super accommodating and allowed me to still come and reschedule the other appointment for a later date. I will definitely be going back again and highly recommend this place for a self care day! Your skin and body will thank you."

"My hubby and I got the trio package. We loved the salt cave. We were so relaxed we both eneded up falling asleep under the warm blankets. After we sat in the sauna for 30 min and ended our session in a float pods. We have never been so relaxed and well rested. 100% recommended if you are under a lot of stress. "I had my first Epsom salt Float! I loved the experience in the salt bath, the darkness and the twinkle lights were so relaxing. We started with the 40 min IR Sauna than the 1hr salt cave which was so different from other places it actually resembled a cave with the night sky, we ended it with 1hr float which was an amazing experience and we are already talking about the next time we should come! "I believe I had Shayla as my RMT. She read my client sheet in the room with me, I noted something about music, and she spent about 15 minutes leaving the room, returning to the room, only to leave again. While I'm waiting to be massaged again, she gets someone shouting at her, she leaves and comes back with CDs asking me if I wanted to try out some 1 or 3 different CDs I never heard of instead of her sappy country music she had on. Then I could not relax at all with her constantly leaving the room and talking to me throughout the massage. Very unprofessional, and I will not be back. The room got very cold with her constantly exiting and entering the room, so she spent more time not massaging me and trying to make the room warm again. I felt very shorted with my massage time, and I was not at all relaxed because of her tableside manner."

"I booked for a particular massage therapist, waited for 2 months for my appointment, booked the day off from work only to find out i was re booked to another therapist. Will not come back at this place. I used to love this place. Very disappointed and tried to reach out for private message but nobody gets back to me for an explanation."

"My daughter went here for a deep tissue massage, but she was very disappointed and stated that it was a waste of money because the massage she received was just a soft regular massage and not the deep tissue massage she paid for. As a result of her experience, I feel that the massage therapists need to be re trained in their field and to give their customers what they pay for because the customers expect the massage therapists to be professionals, not conning them out of their money. I give this company 2 out of 5, but they really don't deserve even 1 star."
