And I'm sorry but I do have to say don't ask for Karin she was not pleasant turned my husband away after massaging for 5 mins because he smelled a little like marijuana and made him pay full price too, do not get her if you can help it. Other then her all the rest of the staff has been great!"

"Rarely do appointments actually happen. They're good at booking the appointment, but not so good at follow through with the service reserved. About 3 out of 5 of my massage appointments have been cancelled last minute because the therapist was "no longer available". (?!) Would not recommend wasting your time. Book with an experienced massage clinic that takes the success of their business more seriously. Very disappointing."

"I have to be honest, I was feeling very stressed and having alot of backpain. Massage Addict was able to get me in last minute and quickly which was wonderful. The receptionist was very kind. However the massage therapist lady I had was not so professional. She swore multiple times, talked about her personal life and issues. complained about the room being too hot for her and was just very chatty and loud during the massage. This was the complete opposite of what I expected a relaxation massage to be. Don’t get me wrong, she did a great job at the massage part and was very nice but I don’t think I would go back to this location again based on this experience. Also, every time I would engage in her conversation, she would stop massaging. I feel like I lost out on a chunk of time despite paying for the full hour. I felt that the massage experience was overtaken by her lack of professionalism."

This spa is very relaxing, if I had to say one thing to improve...it would be to review spa etiquette with one staff who does not seem to respect noise boundaries!! "⚠️⚠️⚠️The lady on the phone was trying to tell me with a condescending 'Valley Girl' voice... That a RMT and a esthetician are and I quote... "Um? Basically the same thing. They went to school for it. They're basically the same thing. They just don't do pressure points and stuff" ????... How absolutely unprofessional is that! When I told her that, that was horrible that they were doing that. That it should be illegal. She hung up on me. Lol..... Truth hurts sweetheart? I had a massage there in April by an RMT. Guess they have problems retaining professional, REGISTERED MASSEUSES... RMTS!! A massage parlour with no RMTS is not a massage parlour. WHAT A JOKE!! ⚠️⚠️Be careful all you injured people out there! Those who are not registered RMT'S... can do alot of damage to your body should they massage you all willy nilly. Allowing unregistered RMT'S on people in a professional setting is absolutely absurd! Not knowing the anatomy correctly can look like an extra kink or pull in your muscle structure. They ALLOW estheticians to give massages!? What the hell? She told me that . "We just can't bill to insurance." Good GAWD!? ????????Know why? BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPISTS! Unbelievable! What a bloody farce. This has to be borderline illegal? What a dangerous situation I just dodged. I know what damage can be done when you allow people to massage you that are not trained. Why I do not allow just anyone to massage me. I'll never go here AGAIN for as LONG as I draw breath. This is a beauty den at best. Shame on LA Renaissance for providing services that could potentially make my therapy program go horriblly wrong."

"I don't know where to start. The moment I told the receptionist that it was my first time there, she gave me the FULL tour of their 3 storey spa. I was absolutely blown away by the cleanliness and the services they offer. I enjoyed a facial (my first) and the experience from start to finish was perfection. The lights were off, and the room had music quietly playing in the background. By the time it was finished my skin was glowing and I felt relaxed and refreshed. My skin is STILL glowing. I will absolutely return. I've been to a few spas, but this was by far my favorite experience."
