"Last week, I was reminded of a valuable lesson about giving people the benefit of the doubt. We had booked a couple’s massage, expecting to share a room, only to find out at the last minute that we were in separate rooms due to an error on the spa’s part. Initially, we were annoyed, especially since we weren’t informed until after we had paid. Frustration flared as it seemed they had intentionally waited to disclose the mistake; but after we expressed our dissatisfaction, the owner sincerely apologized, explaining the mix-up was an honest mistake, and offered a discount. We declined the discount and decided to go ahead with the massages in separate rooms, understanding that mistakes happen. It turned out to be one of the best massages we’ve ever had! What started as a potential disappointment turned into an excellent display of customer service and professional skill. This day reminded me that sometimes, giving people the benefit of the doubt can lead to unexpectedly wonderful outcomes. When things don't go as planned, they can still lead you to great experiences! The massage therapists here are truly phenomenal!"

You two were professional, courteous and sympathetic towards our shyness. We realized afterwards why everyone we know is so gung ho about getting massages. These old bones need those. We are truly grateful to them for all their hard work."

"Poor customer service and worst management. I was booked for deep tissue massage with masseuse named Aplana Singh today at 2:30 pm. I got a call from the location around d 11:30 am, to inform me that she had some emergency and they wanted me to reschedule my appointment for next week. Starting the gym week before, my muscle were sore, which means I need massge today and not next week (no brainer). The management simply called me to re-schedule to next week, they did NOT make or offered any alternative arrangement for today and simply apologizeing for the inconvenience. I mean who does that, what kind of customer service was that? Because of their last minute cancellation I was not able to get an appointment somewhere else as well and I am still down with sore muscle pain. This was a pathetic management by the owner and staff. Never returning again to this unprofessional business!! A totally crappy experience from Westwinds Thai Massage !! To others, please think twice before making an appointment here, last minute cancalled can we very frustrating, and I hope you don't wanna have the same experience !"
