"First off the pedicure sinks are just a regular kitchen sink with no jets which, not appropriate for the spa setting……. Just wasn’t the spa atmosphere I was expecting for 85.00. The whole experience and the pedicures were sub par. The chairs were uncomfortable and some were dingy and ripped. Whoever owns it needs to update the whole situation in the pedicure room. Would not recommend this place. The estheticians were nice though I just feel bad they don’t have the appropriate setting to do their jobs."

They use the best products too????. Also I loved that there’s a hairstylist that knows how to work with my 3C hair, which is so rare( how can you be a professional hairstylist and know only type of hair when there’s many? ) ⭐️gold star for her. ???? However , when I went to get my roots done and highlights… she fried my hair off. ????????????THIS SALON DOES FULL HEAD BLEACHING HAIR IN ONE SITTING ????????????THIS IS Ruining hair! If a salon says they’ll bleach it from black( or brown) to blonde in one sitting, they’re not a professional hair stylist. It should take multiple trips. Get you Chemistry UP! ???? Ones things for sure. They’ll never touch my hair again or my families."

"I was really nervous when I went in, I suffer from bad anxiety, but the staff made me feel really comfortable. They didn't look at me funny with my crocheting instead were curious about it. I would recommend this salon HIGHLY, the staff are amazing beautiful people."

"Leah and her staff are amazing! When I got my hair done one of her other stylists washed my hair and it was unbelievable. The scalp massage is something I highly recommend you get done. Every one there were wearing masks and I was so comfortable going into the building."

"I went in to get highlights and a cut. The foils went in super quick and i’ve noticed some blotchy spots while styling my hair. As for the cut, it is horrible. I went in to get it fixed and it did absolutely nothing. There are missing chunks and it’s super uneven, and she cut it with my part on the opposite side of my head. Very disappointed"

Tina took her time and ensured I was happy with the design she did for me. Loved the whole experience, already planning on going back! The place to go for your nails!"

"My 97-year-old grandfather is a very tidy person, but due to his age, he needed some help with nail care. This place did an absolutely amazing job! The staff were incredibly friendly and patient with him, making sure he was comfortable the entire time. Their attention to detail and kindness really stood out. I highly recommend this place for anyone, especially seniors who need extra care. We will definitely be coming back!"

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place , I got the spa pedi package $50 they have multiple spa package options for feet and manicures , you get to pick your own options of scrubs for exfoliating I got green tea , there’s lemon , chocolate , green tea and few others I forgot lol , then they massage into skin , few minutes ( they take there time which was fantastic ) then they took the exfoliation off , then lotioned me up ( mask , then wrapped in hot towels, then oil massage with the hot stone ) ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE !! I’m mind blown I highly recommend this spa , I’ve been to several in Barrie and this experience over all 10/10. I’m going to have a few friends have a spa day there with me , the care and passion they have for their customers is so genuine ! I am so happy I came across this place !"

"Visited for the first time on Christmas Eve to get my hockey nails done. I opted for gel nails for the first and was assured it was a great choice and I was guided throughout the process. Another client - also doing gel - told me I'll get hooked. I'm not there yet, but I am going to try it again because my nails looked good. Millie did an amazing job and I had the best nails ever to support my boys at the World Juniors. So many compliments too. Now to think of my next design..."

"The best nail salon in Barrie - hands down. Helen (the owner) had been doing my nails for years at another salon. We took a hiatus during Covid, and I just found her again at Mani Pedi Lounge. She is a perfectionist, and it shows across the board in her work and in how her business is run. Highly highly recommend!!!"

"It was my friend and her daughter’s first time getting manicures ever, all our first times at this salon, and I may have to make the drive down from Collingwood every two weeks to make this my go to spot now! From the initial call to end of the appointment the staff were super friendly, accommodating and professional. I got a full set acrylic shellac and could not be happier. Millie did a 10/10 job! For me, perfect size, shape, colour and finish. She read my mind. Thank you all for accommodating us. We had a fabulous girls day because of it and will definitely be back! :)"
