"When I came for my filler and Botox, I was still quite nervous. Because they may talk really professionally but the actually result completely depends on how good the doctor is. I have to admit Dr. Seit is AMAZING!! He has very good aesthetics! He can magically make you look much younger but so natural!! If I don’t mention to my friends, they cannot notice I did some filler but they all feel like my skin looks so brilliant. And the whole injection doesn’t hurt much. He is very very gentle doing the whole process! I’m really amazed by the result and I’ll come back regularly to do my skin care."

"This place does not communicate well, and there are always issues with booking and service. The quality of the products is good, but you can get that at other spas. They are not upfront and honest. I bought a facial package a while back. Condition is its only for one location. That's fine. But my recent appointment was a disaster and a waste of time. When I arrived at my appointment the receptionist told me that the nurse on duty isn't trained to do the facial in my package and can only do a specific facial that is $70 more and they didn't realize that until I arrived. Waste of time. They should have known this when I was scheduling. Also, I had called in to double check before going to the appointment if they would be able to do a smaller portion of a procedure - they said yes. Only after the nurse performed it did she tell me they still have to charge the full amount but will keep the rest for 3 months if I want to come back. Like I will trust a place like this to store and label properly. You can get the same services elsewhere with better patient care."

"Editing my review after today’s experience. I specifically mentioned at the time of booking that I need the massage therapist to focus on my lower back and legs considering I severely sprained my lower back a couple of weeks ago. The massage therapist said she can’t do glutes and I said I know what the “no go” areas are. However, not only did she refuse to massage the lower back area, I got a nice lecture on how I should be going to a Chiropractor and Physiotherapist instead. She went on to say that it’s the area where the spinal cord is so they don’t massage that. I never asked her to massage my spinal cord! The sides of my lower back?? Hello???I didn’t say a word after that as I knew she wasn’t cooperating. Then when I told her my knee joint hurts as well, she said can’t do as there’s a bone there and we can’t touch it!!!! This has been the most rotten experience so far! All she did was splatter my body with tons of oil and just wipe it off with a warm towel after some strokes here and there. It’s a shame I am regular at this location but have been seeing other therapists. This lady I’d never recommend. I think she wasn’t happy with the time I chose for my massage. I had gotten a call earlier asking if I could come early for the massage and I turned down the offer as I was busy with my personal work. But I’d never go back as it’s money down the drain. I went there to get some relief for my lower back and legs and all I got instead was some lecture on no go areas, Chiropractors etc. Very very disappointed and yes I got zero relief or relaxation."

"While I can’t speak on treatment as I believe it’s depends on the individual. The waiting area is nice and cozy. The massage rooms are quite spacious and quiet. They do uphold privacy for you before, during and after treatment. Good news to the introverts you don’t have to talk during the session. They even go above and beyond with service by providing advice on preventative care and appointment management. They are covered by most insurance and do direct billing, with a bonus first time discount as well as a membership rate and specific organization rates. One downside I noticed that they ask me to fill out a comfort form stating where you can and can’t be touched, so be sure to mention it to your masseuse prior to treatment."
