"I was at Fayez this afternoon for a badly needed haircut. I don't go to the hairdressers often as I am usually very unhappy with the cut. I read reviews for Moe and decided to give him a try. We talked a bit and I showed him some pics of my past haircuts and what I was looking to achieve as I have very fine frizzy hair. I was very happy with the outcome!!! My hair is shorter now and my natural curls are there now. Moe showed me how to back comb the top of my head to get the lift I like. Thank you Moe! PS It was raining something awful when I was ready to leave, one of the girls got an umbrella and walked me to my car so I wouldn't ruin my hair cut. "Such a beautiful place, I have to say in even NYC spas I’ve been to this one is by far one of they most beautiful, serene, friendly, comfortable( I can go on and on) I had the ultimate package today and boy oh boy am I so grateful that I did. We had fruit and cheese platters while we got pedicures and another massage while we relaxed and had freshly made cappuccino’s ( one of the 100 choices they have). After having the BEST MASSAGE EVER then off to a manicure and yet another massage :) while we sipped on ice tea and basically hung out with the best ladies ever who did our treatments. I’d love to please send a huge huge huge ty to Amanda and the amazing owners at your spa!!! The young lady that runs the show certainly is beyond amazing at what she does!!!!. "Svetlana at fayez is a laser skin genius I started seeing her to work on the red spots on my skin that I had been dealing with for years. I take immaculate care of my skin but I needed more. I did my research and found the types of lasers that would work, when I went to the spa, I wasn’t fully impressed with the service from some of the staff, luckily Svetlana turned the experience around during our consult and her treatment, beside manner, and etiquette with her extreme passion and knowledge brought me back time and time again. Her work speaks for itself and I’m now a regular client of hers and love my results."

I had full hair highlights done with a cut and style and the guy (MO) just did what exactly I was hoping for! He asked for my thoughts on every single step for which i felt great ! "Love this salon! The atmosphere is here is lovely, and all the girls are very friendly! Lynze did a shadow root and blonding on my hair, and it's absolute perfection. Her work is pure artistry. My hair has never looked so good as it does after Lynze styles it. She is thorough with her consultations and makes you feel comfortable and in the loop during the whole process! "Such a great experience! Starting with booking my appointment. Steph took my call and tried her best to have my 2 services as close together as possible. I only waited 15 mins between them, it was great! My first service was a lash lift with Maggie (Soft Focus). She is so lively and fun! For a service that isn't the most enjoyable, it was still a great time. It felt like hanging out and chatting with a close friend. And she did an amazing job, my lashes look gorgeous! My 2nd service was a hydration facial with Kat. She was so sweet and friendly. She was also very knowledgeable about products to recommend! I didn't know what to expect for this service. So the massage portion was a pleasant surprise! It was so calming and relaxing. The salon itself is clean, sleek, and professional. I have been before for haircuts and massages as well. "Kasey was absolutely amazing with my 2 year old daughter when we came in for a haircut. My daughter is quite shy and was a bit nervous at first but Kasey was super welcoming and upbeat, my daughter easily warmed up to her. Our appt started with a little dance party in Kasey's own private room in the salon which I felt gives the salon a unique touch. I have never been to a salon where each stylist/ esthetician has their own room. My daughter didn't want to sit in the chair so Kasey set up a spot for her to sit on the ground and sat right beside her to cut her hair! She was kind, efficient, and did a fantastic job. "Had more of a V cut coming in and wanted to straighten it out and try more of a straight cut with some long layers. Before and after photos included. Didn’t see the back of my hair before I left because they never gave me a mirror and it looked fine when I brought my hair to the front or looked from the side. I’m not really that picky and have never hated a haircut before but the layers look like a literal stair step…..choppy, uneven and not blended at all unfortunately. Definitely don’t recommend and won’t be coming back."

"I would give this place more than five stars if I could! Where to begin. Despite being a walk in on a busy afternoon, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist in a very clean lobby. I was able to pick my own hostess and was again surprised by the cleanliness of the room in general, spotless and well maintained, this was my first visit to this establishment and they did everything to make sure my first visit went above and beyond. If you're looking for a message and maybe more this place is a MUST visit. I would also highly recommend calling ahead and planning a visit with your desired Hostess although being a walkin was no concern."
