"Charles is great. He is my go-to because of his attentiveness, time allocation and range of techniques. I particularly like that depending on your goal, he allocate the time well for relevant areas. Every session, He always briefly examines your overall body and take just right enough time to warm up/ relax the muscles. When some areas are tight, he does right number of reps to achieve the overall goal instead of overcompensating the entire session. He performs variety of techniques to target the small area differently while having a full control of the right amount of pressure. I can’t recommend him enough!"
