"I made several visits to see Christa at The Arts MediSpa for laser treatment on my leg veins. She is so personable and fun, yet extremely professional. The results were amazing! I must admit, I went there with some skepticism, since I'd already gone to see a dermatologist and had several sclerotherapy treatments done. The results from the dermatologist were very disappointing -- very little change in the appearance of my veins (not to mention all the bruising and swelling). It has been almost 2 years since Christa treated my legs and the veins are still gone. The spa is very relaxing and soothing. Christa is very knowledgeable and professional. Treat yourself to one or more of the treatments offered -- you won't be disappointed!! Highly recommend!"

"I can't say enough good things about Christa and her team at The Arts Medispa! I first came in for laser treatments. Christa was very informative about the procedure and I was pleased with my results after 8 sessions. I also had microblading done and cannot express how amazing of an experience it was. Christa was SO thorough and patient as we spent over an hour getting the shape of my brows just right, and even more patient when she had to stop numerous times to let me breathe as I'm a baby with pain. My touchups were just as thorough. I'm very very happy to say I have beautiful brows thanks to Christa. Lastly, I had Christa do my makeup for my university convocation and was blown away by the beautiful job she did. Any procedure you need Christa will make sure you leave happy and feeling beautiful! Your team appeared unprofessional, with members handling everything from massages to hair treatments and operating machines without the proper qualifications. This lack of specialization raises concerns about the quality and safety of the services provided. And yes, maybe—like most people—I tend to share negative experiences more often than positive ones. However, I encourage you to take a closer look at the reviews your place has received. The majority are 1 or 2 stars, so perhaps instead of blaming me, it would be more productive to focus on addressing the recurring issues raised by multiple clients."
