I'm on my feet a lot and figure I should give them a little treat. Although reflexology can be painful in some spots of the foot, I seem to nearly fall asleep and I leave feeling relaxed. I definitely recommend spending your hard earned money here looking after your body!"

"Had my first experience today at Easy Cozy. I booked a 45 minute reflexology foot massage with Ali. The spa was welcoming and calm with nice calming music in the background. The massage started right on time and Ali was SO good! 45 minutes of bliss and I will be coming back every 2 weeks! Next time I am going to get the body and foot massage combo! Fair prices and a great massage! Everybody was friendly as well!"

"A lovely place and great massage. I was recommended by a friend and I decided to take a chance and book. No regrets. I had my initial booking with Ali and have continued to book with her. She is lovely and takes great care to address my pain points. I prefer my massages hard because I have many knots and tensions, and she always adjusts the pressure exactly as I need. "I have been here before without incident, however this time was absolutely despicable! When making the appointment I just selected "whoever was available". Go to my appointment, its some 20 year old kid (male) walking in off the bus with sweaty shorts and a backpack. I was like ok, whats your experience? Oh he is an international graphic designing student at UFV? Then he said oh I have been trained. I should of walked out. But alas, since they said no refunds I ignorantly proceeded with the appointment. I have a severe scar on my arm from a major disease and surgery, and he reefed on it so hard I was saying like do you understand what you are doing? And I stopped him. I am pretty sure he tore the tissue and I will be seeing my doctor as soon as they are available. This is really serious dealing with people's bodies. I am still so confused as to what happened, like is this place for acupressure massage or are they a rub and tug just bringing in little boys to appease a certain demographic? I am now left injured and confused."

"My friend and I went there last Saturday. I was welcomed by the friendly staffs and really enjoyed the environment. The rooms are super clean and the message bed was very comfortable. I have been to several different massage locations before because of neck problem. This is the best by far. Really liked the message, I decided to do a foot message which was my first time ever. The therapist was very skillful and knowledgeable. Walked me through the process and I learned quite a bit when it was done. Above all, it was a good experience. Good price and covered by my insurance too."

"The owner is not clean with her tools! She will bring them to the front, touch money, set them down with the money then take you into the room and use those dirty tools on your eyes! It’s nasty! I have asked many people that go here if she does this with them and they all said yes now that they think of it. And we have NEVER seen her clean the tools after or before us!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!"

I wasn’t scared as I have been nipped a few times getting my eyelashes done by other people. They are beautiful, but they are busy so you need to book in advance!"

The services I've tried (and loved) include lash extensions, eyebrow lamination tint shape and wax, as well as facials. The staff is very knowledgeable and cater to your individual needs. "POV: I went in expecting to have to chop my mermaid-length hair off because 3 salons had deemed it unsalvageable. STORYTIME I had exited an abusive marriage some time ago and had neglected my hair while preparing for court trials. My hair has ALWAYS been a source of identity for me, and it is the thing I like most about myself. When my soon-to-be-fiance accidentally let his upcoming proposal slip, I had a week to fix my matted and out-of-control hair. The salon's lovely females, Piper and Sinead, fit me in promptly and helped me figure out what treatments I would need that fit my budget (broke and bougie is doable!). I was matched with the MOST loving and accepting human, Mark Peterson (who is on Instagram, and you should go follow ????????). Not only was this man able to save my hair (and I mean it was BAD), but he listened to my experience, made me feel seen, normalized my mental health struggles and got me excited about my upcoming proposal instead of ruminating in past mistakes. This is one of those stores, and if you worked in retail, YOU KNOW how rare this is: jokes, laughter, they love their boss and their coworkers, they work together and help each other out without any prompt. Best off, they did not upsell me and even had a raffle draw for the holidays (adorable little gingerbread house box ????) that gave me buy one get one for their AMAZING products. Mark was incredibly knowledgeable about products that would work for my unique hair type and worked with me to find products I NEEDED within my budget instead of products that filled their commission. I have never had such a wonderful experience in a fancy salon, and have found most (including the 3 who turned me away) to be slightly toxic. Very warm and welcoming, 15/10 would recommend (there is even free parking in the back ????). I loved Mark, and think you should ask for him. But honestly, all the artists seemed talented and it was a pleasure to watch them interact with clients."

"I had a signature Pedicure with Alexis. She did an excellent job! I recently had hip replacement surgery and could only sit comfortably for an hour. She was able to complete all the components of the treatment including scrub, paraffin wax, hot stone massage and shellack polish in that time. It was so quiet and relaxing that I nearly fell asleep!"

"The girls at the front had to rebook me a number of times and made it seamless. They are not only professional and mindful of a persons life and that shit happens! They are considerate and incredibly respectful in all aspects and incredibly easy imon the eyes as well The professionalism I received for my service was fantastic she took extra time to pull and ingrown which is never fun to do but none the less got it done ! I strongly recommend the salon in any capacity for all its amenities and the class of people that work there as well!
