T did my eyebrows and she took the time to map them out perfectly before starting the procedure. I had to take a bit of a break because my back was really sore. She even gave me a bit a massage. Sarah went beyond expectations to help my very dear friend who suffers from agoraphobia. Sarah highlighted her hair with a vast of autumn colors and a cut that was gorgeous. She was beaming. "Been meaning to post this review, but this is hands down the best massage therapy you will ever find. The studio/business itself is clean, super friendly staff and convenient in its location. However, what puts them over the edge is Ricardo!! I have sent everyone I know suffering with pain to him and he has worked his wonders without even needing to explain much either. Seems to always know where the problem areas are. Still not quite sure how he does it, but it's just great. HIGHLY recommend!!"

"I had a Gel Mani + Pedi, and facial with Jenica. Amazing experience, very relaxing, and she let me know that all of their products are organic. She is meticulous with the nails, and they are absolutely beautiful. She is very gentle as well. The facial was relaxing, with a scalp massage as well. The products smelled really good, and my face definitely felt softer and more hydrated after. I found the spa to be quiet and the facilities updated. She told me the spa has only been open for a 1.5 years. I parked at City Hall, which was free on Sundays. Very convenient location. Will definitely be coming back again."

"I got the professional facial + tension relief massage at Cocoon and it was awesome. I don't treat myself to a spa treatment or facial often and I have pretty balanced, but sensitive skin. So I don't like peels, intense exfoliation or medical like procedures (read - micro dermabrasion). With this in mind, I was trying to pick a place and treatment that suited my needs and Cocoon delivered. I felt relaxed and my face felt clean and hydrated and not at all like I'd been scrubbed to the bone or irritated. My husband even commented that my skin tone looked far more even then when I had left the house. The location is also really nice and convenient to get to. Honestly if you want a relaxing facial to feel refreshed and relaxed I would recommend Cocoon. I know I am definitely going to go back again later this year!"
