"Oh my God I am obsessed with my nails. They are so nice. I love them and the girl that did my nails is named Jasmine and whenever I go there I am going to ask for Jasmine cuz she did such a good job. She just did it better than my actual inspo that I wanted and like i wish I could rate more than five stars but I can't and I wish I could. It is so good. I love the design. I could not explain how much I love it. You should definitely ask for Jasmine whenever you go there. She is so amazing and talented. I love my nails. They are so so so good. I cannot explain how much I love them. They are super friendly. They treated us like we were with family and my family and I went there and they treated our whole family like their. We're family and wow she did amazing. Take a look at my nails"

"Will never be back!!!! Been going here for 8 years. Walked in with a photo was told no problem! He started the design and instantly I notice it looks nothing like the photo so I asked him to fix it. He tries to use a spiderweb gel which again looked nothing like the photo, finally he paints the lines on and starts putting on top coat without doing a second cost on the lines so it was very light and see through do I said they look great but can you please do a second coat on the lines so you can see them like the picture. He starts getting frustrated and starts painting more random lines making it look horrible and all over the place so I stop him and nicely say can you please not add more lines just add the second coat. He starts going off "you can only come see tam" she understands you and next time these will be 85 not 65. So I'm like how because I asked you to follow the picture? What are you charging another 20 dollars for because at first you said you could paint the butterflies then you made me pick stickers that were nothing like what I asked and then all you did was paint a couple lines, not a crazy design so how does that change the price because I asked you to fix what was wrong" which keep in mind my nails were a fill not a full set! He then tells me "he only gives those prices to people he likes" he was absolutely rude and unprofessional! He also ripped one of the butterflies in half and still used it for my nail!"

"I recently visited and I was very impressed with how clean it was and the decor was very nice. The room was spacious and cozy. Stella was amazing. Highly recommended. She is very skilled with her massage techniques and I really enjoyed the massage. I will definitely visit again."

"Booked a massage for 1.5 hours, but ended up not finishing the full hour and a half. Maybe I was unlucky and got a newer massage lady. I paid $144.38 for an hour massage and cupping. It wasn’t worth the money. The massage lady kinda seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. She was just rubbing her elbow on the lower part of my back for half the time, even though I mentioned my upper back and shoulders were the main focus. The cupping was worse, my back was dry with no sort of oil or lotion and she rubbed the cups along my back and it HURT ME. I always get my back massaged and cupped at another location in the city. I have never had any issues, but I was in the west end area and this was the only place that had availability during the time I was around. I also got my thong pulled down and ass rubbed, which has never happened to me. Overall, it was uncomfortable and not worth it. The only positive note is that the building was clean and looked decent. Edit * It is the next morning and my back is absolutely killing me. I am so sore and can barely get up out of bed!"

"We went here today for a massage. I was really disappointed. The old lady with a bangs who massage me today doesn't know what she's doing. She was just rubbing my back no pressure at all. I have to ask her to put pressure she did for a minute and that's it then she stop. Such a waste of time and money. During my massage This massage therapist keep asking us to pay cash instead of using our debit. That is not okay. CRA needs to be alerted with this."

"The massage lady, seems to be the same one others complained about. Had bangs for hair style, was dozing off during the so called massage for my wife. Waste of time and money. Water massage at West Edmonton Mall is better value."

"I have gone to Xiaoping massage for a number of years , my preference is Sophia, She does not short time and gives a good massage. If this review is solely about her, it would be a five star, As I do walk in, I don’t always get Sophia ,and some of the other girls short time and or demand tips . Rates currently is $75? for 1/2 hour to 45 ( choose 45 min ) $90 for 1 hour & $125? For a hour & a half & $180 for 2 hours . You dont have to tip & in my opinion most definitely not if they ask or demand a given sum , or try & get you to shower for the last 10-15 min of your time . That being said I do tip as a hour deep tissue is really hard work & 10-15% that you give a waitress to take your order & drop your food does not compare to a hour of deep tissue . Watch what your getting & for myself I will start making appointments with Sophia"
