"I was really looking forward to the massage with Ioana Nistor, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. The session started 10 minutes late and ended 3 minutes early, which was disappointing, especially since the time is paid for and valuable. I also didn’t feel the massage addressed my needs—despite my preference for deeper pressure and specific trigger points, the treatment felt quite surface-level and ineffective. As someone who regularly gets massages and is familiar with what a skilled, therapeutic session feels like, this session did not align with what I was looking for in terms of professionalism or therapeutic relief. While she may be a better fit for others, this session didn’t align with my needs."

"Devon was great. Professional and calming. Myofascial massage was great. He explained thoroughly (with patience to answer my many questions) his assessment and helped me understand pragmatic ways to maintain the muscles. He looks for the tension, which I like because sometimes we are in so much pain we might not identify all pain points but he will find them and resolve them. FYI, the check in was a bit strange at first (it’s a machine that you just check in with but ultimately it speeds up the processing)"

"I wish the massage was as per what they mention on the website. So it says Aches Away own methodology for "No frills" massage.. it wasn't like that, unless "their" method is worse. it started late and ended on time, they used some cheap lotion instead of oil like i requested. the music was weird, the massage therapist did not make the effort to check if the massage was fine, she seemed eager to wrap up. she was asked to focus on the shoulders, but guess what? she missed that part too.. so i don't know what the $135 was for.. grateful if someone could explain that."
