I have just past my shoulder, super thick hair, so I'm picky about where I get it cut! My daughter has very thick, long, curly hair and she is always happy after she gets it cut here. I'm not sure who cut and stylized her hair, but it was fabulous."

"I made an appointment for a color consult. It was cancelled and made another appointment. I waited 30 minutes the asked the desk lady to check what was happening. She said I would have to wait another 15 minutes. A color consult would take maybe 10 minutes. The hair dresser expected me to wait 45 minutes. Is this the way they treat their customers. I would not recommend this Salon."

I enjoy visiting Maffeo, the salon is always clean, friendly, and cheerful. 2022: Christa E. was lovely. I've seen her twice now for an annual hair cut. She takes the time to understand your hair and comes up with a plan to get you the look you are seeking, explaining her process and checking in with you throughout. She also gives a mean scalp massage!"

"I had hair basically to my butt and had cancelled 3 previous hair appointments because I had been so nervous and anxious about cutting it. I felt like my long hair was my identity, but it was in serious need of a trim. Quinn was my stylist and she went above and beyond to make me comfortable with every aspect of the cut. She didn't make a move without my consent and the control that that gives you helps sooo much with the anxiety and the fear of being out of control. "I love this place. Henry is amazing with nails and very skilled. He pays attention to detail and is very polite. It makes my day to get nails and pedis that are awesome. Update..they are offering a head spa service which is super relaxing. I had this service today and Ivy made it so worth it. I had paraffin for my feet then booties to keep them warm and hydrated. Next was rain spa with head massage, neck ,shoulders, arms, legs I skipped the face massage and when she was finished she dried my hair and brushed it out. I thoroughly enjoyed the treatment Update ; Melanie has been doing my acrylics/ gel nails and i absolutely love them. I give her 5 stars"

"Ladies...perfect spot for a girl's outing or some kind of occasion, if you're a fan of spa's. There are 8 head spa beds in the room...what a party you could have! I had a 100 minute head spa with Melanie. She was incredible and I highly recommend her. In hindsight, I would have chosen a 70 min head spa as the 100 minute, although wonderful, was a bit too long. I will return though....the staff are all lovely!"

"I have been there 2 weeks ago. So first off, this is absurdly expensive. We are talking at least 200$ for the massage only, no extra. 60$ for the room and 140$ tip is required for the hostess. Now imagine the cost if you want anything beyond that. The massage is awful. Actually, calling it a massage would be a stretch, more like light caresses. The hostess is nice to talk to but do not expect a pretty girl. If you crave some extra action then you certainly will be disappointed unless you are into old ladies. All in all, I cannot find any reason to go back there. The ratio cost/quality is simply not on point."

"BEWARE OF GIFT HAHN CARDS... THE VALUE OF GIFT CARD IS REDIRECTED BACK TO THE PURCHASER RENDERING THE CARD INVALID. I was given a gift card in 2020 decided to use after a long period of time in Jan 2025. when I used their gift card to pay for the spa service, I was told that there was no money on the card and the funds had been used in 2024. ( I had to pay for the services, and I was not reimbursed because the it was "used"). It turns out the funds were redirected to the person that purchased the gift card. If that person has their own gift cards to the spa and reports them lost or stolen, and the spa has the purchaser on file, The spa redirects unused gifted card values back to that person. Yes, their gift cards never expire, but the physical gift card no matter who has possession is left with no money. Check to make sure your gift card has the gifted value before your spa treatment... it just might cost you!"

I went to get a shellac manicure and the technician didn't do a good job it only lasted 3 days suppose to last at least 2 weeks which I always get it done and lasted me that long.. it's already chipping and the language barrier at the salon was horrible the lady that did my nails didn't understand what I was saying and did my nails wrong and started blaming me that it was my fault. It's just ashame this place use to be great it's going downhill.."

"I and my friend went for a regular body massage on Mother’s Day and the experience was excellent. The ladies who did our massage (Devi & Samaya) were very friendly. It was a 1 hour massage and we both enjoyed it. We are definitely going to go back again. They also had ample parking space."

"One word to describe my massage - OILY. The amount of oil used was so unnecessary. The massage itself was painful and bad. The masseuse walked in, didn't introduce herself, didn't ask any questions about specific pain points or pressure of massage. She didn't say one word. She oiled my back, legs, arms, hands, feet, and didn't wipe me down. She even put oil on my face! That was the worst feeling ever. Her technique was terrible. She wiped my face and then made me sit up while she quickly wiped my back with a cold wet towel since time had run out. At the end, she talked once to tell me about a package deal that includes a jacuzzi service. Never ever coming back. Worst massage I've ever gotten."

"Giving this place one star, I got my massage from the owner and at first it was ok, then she started massaging both my leg and foot, there was a little pain here and there. She said I would be sore the next morning but sore is not even the word I can describe. I was in so much pain from both feet I couldn't even walk for two days. My left foot started to swell up. So disappointed and I think they don't know how to massage. Waste my of money. Never coming back again."
