"Airdrie has needed a quality esthetician for years and it finally has one! I used to drive into Calgary for my facials and was very excited when I saw the signage go up. I booked the bridal facial package right away and have been going monthly since. Sukhpreet is very knowledgeable and explains your skins needs and offers services tailored to it. I have never once felt pressured to do or purchase something I didnt need. I am noticing my skin change after each session and my husband says this is the first time he can actually see a result after I have a service done. If he can tell you know my skin is looking great! I have had monthly facials for years now and the results from microneedling and oxygene facials are amazing!! Highly recommend!"

"I have now been in twice! This past time I got micro-needling done! She kept asking if I was handling the pain ok, kept checking in on me and made me feel so comfortable through a new procedure that I’ve never had done before! "I tried out this place before and was not happy. However since they have new management and there recent Facebook photos looked decent I decided to give them another try. I had noted to them that I was giving them another shot, and I was headed on vacation so I needed to make sure that the mani and pedi were done well. There were 3 of us girls and my kiddo, while everything with the pedicures seemed okay, I did notice that they did not use the scraper on my feet, I even grabbed my foot mid pedicure to check them and was questioning. However I continued with my services and moved to the manicure table. While receiving my manicure, my mother next to me already had natural long almond nails, and she said I would like almond shape. The technician perceeded to cut her nails down super short and mid mani I spoke up and said something. He noted that he had a plan and knew she wanted almond shape. Near the end of her cutting, a few technicians started talking in which I can assume was about what to do about her nails because he cut them to short. At the end, she was left with short more square nails. My sister however had asked for a THIN gel overlay, in which they proceeded to layer gel on and on and on. When she was finished, they charged her for her shellac manicure and pedicure, PLUS an additional service of fill and solar gel at $50. When questioned they said that was the charge and she paid and left frustrated. I then paid for mine and my mom service, and left a tip to be kind. However when I got home is when we started noticing the issues. My feet were rough and I had to get them redone. My cuticles were not attended to at all and I got a chip the second day. I reached out to the business to ask for a refund, and they argued with me about the gel services and that they did tell her the price prior in which they did not, and then proceeded to ask us to come back in. Sorry but not going to come back in after I already gave you a second chance. They then said they would review camera footage to see what was said and kept saying we left a tip. I said yes because we can’t all of the issues as there is oil on the cuticle and iv never had to rub my feet inside of a nail salon to confirm there good. Regardless. They only issued us a refunds for the tip. We proceeded to our vacation, and my sisters nail polish was a pink sparkly Color and after the first day the entire pink was lifted off of her toes. My nails after a few days looked weeks old as they painted away from the cuticle and did not tend to them, along with painful hangnails. As for my sons, they did not tend to his cuticles at all either. I would not recommend this place especially if you want to support a business who focus’s on quality and customer service. We won’t be back."

Grace was not only super talented and gave me my first and most beautiful nail art ever but she was so personable, friendly and funny that I won't go anywhere else. "Wow wow wow! This was my first time at Lexi Nails and I can honestly say these are the best nails I’ve ever had. I believe my technician was Amber (so sorry if this is incorrect) but she was so attentive to detail through every point of the appointment. The shape and design is exactly what I wanted! "I go here frequently and while the service and product is always good, I do wonder why many places like this play shows on their TVs that no costumer cares about. It used to be very old cooking shows, old music videos and last week when I was there it was a game show that was recorded 15 years ago. Since the way they place you is right in front of the TVs there is nowhere else to look but at those old boring boring shows. Why? Last week, you had to watch that same game show with full audio while also listening to Christmas music that they were playing. Dont know who thinks that would be pleasant for anyone to sit there having to listening to 2 different audios. Why not have a fireplace on the TV with the Christmas music in the back? Anyway, everything else was fine, always get what I want just the "entertainment" for costumers could be better (sometimes less is more). Thank you"

"I went to Lexi nails because they were close to my house. I just got my nails done by my regular girl and a cleaning solution ruined the glued on bow on two of my nails. The lady at this salon didn’t want to take the time to properly fix it, which would be painting over the missing colour. She put a coat of clear over it and it looked terrible. She said there was nothing else she could do, so I sat there and thought about options. I asked if we removed the bow and if she knew how to paint one? She said yes. I trusted that, so we removed the bows. Took 5 minutes to remove both of the bows. And then repainted black on top of where the bows were without drilling or smoothing the surface, so the polish was uneven where the glue had just been. The new bow she painted on was just terrible! I don’t know how someone says they can do something, when they cannot. She also painted another nail for me, I asked her to put just the clear coat on, and that nail has some sort of problem today and also looks terrible. And charged me $10. I left to go back to work, and after work went to a different salon to have this design removed and a new one done for $5. I am more than annoyed I wasted my lunch hour there to get this fixed when I had to go elsewhere after to fix the work I just had done here. A lady in there really enjoyed her pedicure and I am happy that some people have a good experience, but I won’t be going back here for anything."
