"Red Maple Massage is welcoming, conveniently located to a subway station and has extended hours. I have had multiple RMTs - all of have been great. My go-to person is Richard, who has been very helpful for a chronic strain - whenever I leave, I can feel instant physical relief. I have been to other clinics in the past, however, I stick with Red Maple now as I consistently receive great service. My only flag of note to potential clients would be that there is a staircase required to enter Red Maple (no elevator), so if accessibility is an issue, this may be a consideration."

"I decided to try this place when my regular rmt had to cancel on me. I booked a 90min appointment, I came early to fill out my forms and during the intake I explained my preferences and my desire for a full body treatment to help alleviate stress and to include pecs and gluteals to reduce tension and help with a repetitive strain injury in my shoulder. Unfortunately Richard did not explain his treatment plan properly prior to the massage and *during treatment* I had to instruct him to do a proper glute drape so I could get the full hip treated. He also didn't manage his time well which left 15minutes for everything else after I turned onto my back. Rushing through the rest of the treatment, repeatedly asking me if that was enough time on a certain area or if he could move on, and using a shaking/rocking technique and jostling my neck and head to end the treatment was more arousing than relaxing. I also had to catch an error cashing out as he almost overcharged me, luckily I wasn't relaxed enough to not notice it. I did give him this constructive feedback so hopefully he can make sure to explain his treatments properly and manage expectations moving forward."

"Have used the massage therapy services of Richard and Kirk at this clinic and the experience with both have been great. They are professional and apply the right treatment for the issues that you have. I've never had to ask them to increase or reduce pressure, etc because they know when to apply the right amount and right type of treatment. The only minor inconveniences are that the clinic does not offer direct billing which is not a major issue for me and there is no elevator and it is quite a bit of a star climb for anyone with mobility issues."
