    "This was my first time visiting this clinic and I am highly impressed by the care for patients. Dr. Naude was so kind to squeeze me in very last minute to correct another injectors work (no association to this clinic.) He was thorough, and efficient. Let me know why my results from the other injector were not what I had hoped for. He corrected her work and squeezed me in his schedule for a check up in 2 weeks. The receptionist was also so kind, and great at her job. Thank you so much! They have gained a new client in me and I will recommend my friends and family here :)"

    "This was my first time visiting Riverstone Spa, and I was really looking forward to it. I booked a 50-minute massage about two weeks in advance for a Monday. While the experience overall was relaxing, I do wish the booking process came with more information. I only found out last minute—after calling the spa—that I could arrive early and stay as long as I liked to enjoy the amenities. It would have been helpful to know that in advance to better plan my visit. Upon check-in, I was provided with a robe, sandals, and a locker. The dry sauna was lovely, and the steam shower was fantastic. Unfortunately, the steam room was out of service during my visit, which was disappointing. There’s a small lounge area offering complimentary green tea, coffee, water, and light snacks like veggies, hummus, and bread. There’s also a cozy resting space meant to be quiet and peaceful—however, some clients were chatting there, which took away from the calm atmosphere. The massage itself was excellent—very professional and relaxing. That said, the cost is quite high at $168 (with taxes) for just 50 minutes, and tips are extra. I also paid an additional $7.50 for three hours of parking, which added to the overall cost. While access to the spa facilities is included, I feel the pricing is steep, especially considering that not all amenities were available. A small discount or goodwill gesture would have been appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but one that comes with a premium price tag."

    "I had such a lovely experience at Riverstone. This isn’t my first time, but it has been a year or so since I last visited. I didn’t get the receptionist’s name, but she was friendly and professional and even gave me a quick show around since I hadn’t been for awhile. I used the steam room for the first time and it was wonderful, will definitely do again. My esthetician, Christine, let me know that she was running a bit behind because her client’s nails had smudged. She was apologetic and assured me it wouldn’t impact the amount of time for my service. I really appreciated the acknowledgment just to let me know she was a bit behind. I had a toecure and facial, both were amazing and Christine was so personable and knowledgeable. I don’t write many reviews, but when service exceeds my expectations, I like to share so management and others can be aware of the exceptional staff."

    "Booked at the Riverstone Spa today for their pedicure and had a wonderful visit! The change rooms were very clean and well maintained and had a dry sauna and steam sauna inside. The lounge area is a bit smaller than some spas but they had some nice light snacks as well as tea and coffee while you wait for your treatment. The pedicure itself was great, the zero gravity chairs are so comfortable!"

    "Received the 50 minute Essential pedicure with upgraded e-file with Alison. Alison was very kind, gentle, and did an amazing job on my nails. The leg and foot massage is a dream for tired feet. The robes are so cozy and zero-gravity pedicure chairs are comfy. Complimentary coffee, herbal tea, and snacks."

    "I hadn’t visited this spa in a long time as we usually do Ten Spa but we wanted to try something different this year and I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. Not only was the treatment amazing but the amenities were lovely. It wasn’t nearly as busy as Ten Spa so you could use facilities freely without waiting. I also love that they have both a steam and a dry sauna. I’ll definitely go again."

    "Had a lovely experience! Enjoyed the sauna, steam room, and amenities. Had Teagan/Tay for my massage and she was amazing, so communicative and kind. It all felt very comfortable. Update: today I had the head-to-toe experience for the first time and it was amazing! Dana was incredible."

    "I've had issues with their facials and their massages. I have complained but nothing has ever really come from it. Now I avoid them if that's what I'm looking for. Their pedicures have been great though, so that is the only thing I come here for now. The amenities are some of the best, but if you are a couple you will be separated. In Winnipeg that's pretty normal. It's often better to do a girls day for that reason instead of a couple's thing. There's more to enjoy together. They have a great sitting area with nice variety of snacks. There is a sauna, Steam room and an over head shower. Pro tip: they have one shower in the womens room that has showers from the side too."

    "I’ve been here twice for facials, nearly a year apart, after getting a gift card. Having gone in winter both times I was disappointed there was no heated blanket. I was pretty cold both times. I also found it quite noisy. Not the spa experience I’ve had at other places. Having said all that the facials were good."

    "What an amazing experience this afternoon! As soon as you step into the salon you are treated so professionally and the staff are so friendly! The salon is so very nice and clean and honestly the best pedicure and manicure I've ever had in my life! Barb the owner was absolutely the best very friendly and really good at what she does.     "I have been visiting My El Spa for a couple of years now since my former aesthetic salon closed and I LOVE this place! The salon is clean, bright, modern and just an all round lovely place to visit. Marinela does my pedicures and facials and I have never had better aesthetic services in my life. She is a perfectionist! The receptionist, Elisa, is very sweet and efficient. Anyone who visits will love it!"

    "We went for pedicures. The ladies were wonderful! So kind and professional. Unfortunately the salon itself isn’t the greatest. The nail polish was all gathered on a shelf, so it was difficult to see all the colours, and we had to open each bottle to confirm the colour on the outside matched the colour on the inside. A flat wall display or nail swatch sticks would have been better. The massage chairs and tub jets were broken so it really wasn’t a full spa experience, just a foot soak. We could have done that at home. The ladies gave us massages with exfoliant and wax, and they did a great job. But for the polish, we wanted nail art, and they weren’t able to do it. These pedicures were around $80 each, so we expected a full service treatment. We were really disappointed. We still tipped, solely cuz the staff was lovely. But we won’t be back."

    "Shady practises and take advantage of young students. My oldest is going through the Esthetics course at ATC. She was looking to begin her apprenticeship and got in touch with the people at My El Spa. She went in for a regular interview, and returned for a practical interview showcasing her nail skills and reception abilities. Afterwards she was told they would be in contact with her. After hearing nothing for awhile she called to show continued interest and was told the owner was leaving for holidays the next day but would call her back before then. Several weeks later after no contact they called her out of the blue and asked her to come in for training (on Mother's Day weekend). She went in on the Saturday and after one hour the person training her tells her she just talked to the owner who decided it was too busy to train her (what would they expect for Mother's Day) and to come back Wednesday. She went back and worked for two more hours where they just had her cleaning the salon before sending her home again and asking her to come again the next Saturday. Come Saturday with no contact she calls and is told the owner isn't answering their messages so they'll have her come back the next Wednesday instead. No word again and my daughter gave up trying. Now we are trying to at least get her paid for the few hours she worked. The owner says it was a misunderstanding and it was all just one long multipart interview and she would never hire anyone when she wasn't there (yet apparently people can be "interviewed" without her there). With some talking around my daughter has learned of another girl who was doing their apprenticeship there and never got their hours put in and my coworker told me of another case where the person apprenticing left for somewhere else because of the shenanigans they were pulling. EDIT: as to your reply, there were two interview days she attended then was asked to come in for "Training". Training is no longer an interview process, and the fact that you took weeks between every step and my daughter had to continuously reach out to even find out what was going on shows your lack of communication skills. If you're the one who makes the decisions then why were your staff the ones calling her in and telling her when to come, either you told them to and are now denying or they were going behind your back. Either way it sounds like a poorly run business."

    "I highly recommend Equilibrium. All the staff are very helpful. Ryan is a master at healing my aches and pains. The clinic is relaxing and inviting. It is very clean and well organized. I never feel rushed when getting ready for my massage or when I am ready to pay. There is always lots of parking at Equilibrium and there are many businesses near by if you are running late to have a dinner or lunch near by before or after your session. They also have direct billing for insurance plans which always makes things easier for clients."

    "The reception and waiting room are cozy and welcoming. Jeffery Dalhouse is very skilled and professional. I clearly communicated that I don’t mind pain for a lot of gain. I’m just visiting Winnipeg, but my regular therapist recommended Jeffery, and I was very impressed with his knowledge and healing abilities. I will definitely be a repeat customer! Jeffery also suggested a number of exercises for me to do at home for myself to help loosen my oh-so-tight muscles."

    "My ganglion cyst flared up (sometimes referred to as a bible bump, painful fluid deposit in my wrist) I am a trades man and need my hands functioning for work. Ryan W. was able to fit me in that same day. He provided a friendly and insightful consultation with an in depth explanation of what causes my discomfort while simultaneously working the area with various techniques. It offered me significant relief so I was able to get on with my work load for the week. In the past I have had experiences in other shops where I was told it is simply a weakness or strength issue and sent home with exorcises to do on my own time without any pain management. This was certainly not the case here! Ryan went above and beyond with not only the massage and physical treatment in the office. But also sent me home with a compression wrap and some stretches to do on my own time. To summarize, top notch service from Ryan and I can whole heartedly recommend him to anyone seeking physical pain management and relief. I will be back 5/5"

She attends to him. comes back after 15 minutes proceeds to massage me again only to leave again to attend to another customer.     "Called to ask about the sauna. The manager told me they don't offer sauna use independent of massage so I said fine. I asked for an appointment. She told me to walk in, and wouldn't make an appointment for me. She said the sauna works at 60 degrees which is what I was looking for. I drove across town to visit the place. The lady inside made me wait in a room, then she showed me the sauna and told me I could use it for 60 minutes which was confusing because the manager said I couldn't. Then rushed me out the door and told me to come back in 2 hours. So I went home and returned 2 hours later. She told me to wait, then told me they only take cash. I said why didnt you or the manager tell me before? She told me to go to the bank across the street and I was annoyed because I would have to pay extra to use that bank machine. I only had $50 so after some conversation she just told me to give her the $50 (the original cost was $60) She rushed me to the sauna and I was confused as I didnt understand how it works. She insisted I take a shower first which was odd. I said I already took a shower, but the she said it needs a few minutes to heat up so I took a shower. The shower was disgusting. Gross, dirty, not cleaned in a long time. When I came out I went to look for her to ask when I could go in because she kept insisting I wouldn't get any more than 60 minutes. She told me she would know when I got in because there was a camera, which is kind of disturbing. But I noticed the timer was at 50 minutes so I asked her if that was the timer and she told me not to touch it. Every time I tried to ask about the counters on the sauna she told me not to pay attentionto it but I saw that the sauna was at 30 degrees and asked again and she shoo'd me away again and I just got fed up and asked for my money back, and I left. So unprofessional, waste of my time & 2 trips for nothing."
