"Real Thai Spa is one of the best places to get a massage. The price was affordable and the service was amazing. I went in for a 60 minute regular massage and mentioned some areas of pain. Jan, the masseuse, was attentive, thorough and successful with treating these areas. Overall, the experience was incredibly beneficial and relaxing. If you've been having negative results with other massage places, I highly recommend coming here."

"There was 2 ladies working when I went to get a massage. I was so tense, and so sore all over my body. I NEEDED a massage desperately. They were able to get me in for a same day (last minute) appointment, and were extremely friendly and welcoming. The massage was everything I needed and more! "I have seen Lana in the past for spa services and it was a lovely experience. This review is regarding the Sciton laser unit the spa offers treatment with. I decided I would treat myself to Forever Young BBL to help diminish some skin aging due to years of sun exposure as a lifeguard. My first treatment was a great experience. Lana is very through in her skin assessment and treatment recommendations. She was mindful to explain the process and keep me updated with each step of the process. My results after one treatment were amazing. They send you home with a post care kit and even call the next day to make sure all is well. I am beyond satisfied now after 2 treatments and will definitely go into maintenance mode 1 to 2 times yearly after the third treatment. The whole process has made me appreciate my skin health and it was a luxurious gift to myself. Thank you to Anita's Spa for their education and care. An update, I continue to see Lana for facials and occasional laser to keep up the results. My skin has never been better. ❤️ It's now almost 4 years since I started having occasional visits to Anita's Spa. My favourite service is the hydration facial. I really feel cared for by Lana and all the staff there. You can sense that Lana puts her healing soul into all that she does. It's such a wonderful part of self care to gift this to myself. I highly recommend getting several gift certificates during the amazing Christmas sale that comes up every year."

"Lana and the team are incredible. From start to finish, they are very professional, and personable! 10/10 recommend you checking out Anita’s and Lana specifically!! Below are the services I went for, and my take on them: 1. I got the sensitive skin care facial- it was a dream & i’d highly recommend going yourself or gifting it to others- especially as a ROSACEA girlie! Got hot rocks added & they’re well worth the relaxation they provide. 2. I got a BBL combo- it was no pain, and Lana made me feel so comfortable! (Photo of machine attached) 3. Had another sensitive skin facial- so soothing & just as thorough as the first time! I was in a rush today and Lana was great with adjusting the appointment to fit my scheduling needs. "Anita I'd a very kind lady and this place is very nice to go. I wanted to get my wife some moisturizer that she stocks (which is very reasonably priced by the way), but she was out. She offered to place and order and set aside for me. In the lead time for it to be delivered, she offered me samples for my wife to get by until it arrived. She didn't have to do that but anyway. I value good customer service, this place does it well."

"Amazing spa. Very clean and nice inside. All the workers are very friendly. I got bio gel nails and the lady who did them (her name starts with an A, maybe Amrad?, I can’t remember), anyways she was amazing. The most thorough manicure I have ever had. She made sure everything was perfect!"

"Did shellac here. First time it was good when I came with just natural nails. It lasted less than 2 weeks, but I decided to give it another shot. That was a huge mistake. She ripped my cuticles on 7 fingers! 7!!! 2 were noticeable damaged and bleeding. When I pointed it out to Renu she said “it’s ok”. Is it? She didn’t even say sorry. When you come to get your nails done you don’t expect to get hurt almost every finger. Pictures are taken on day 3. It still hurts and stings when I get my hands wet. Will never go there again. I can understand when people make mistakes, probably it was an accident (but doubt it because only 3 fingers were not damaged), but I can’t understand and accept the fact that service is not even apologizing for obvious mistakes."

"I booked a Russian shellac pedicure and shellac manicure. The Russian pedicure was $60 and I expected so much but was very disappointed. I barely had anything done to my feet. I was waiting for more to be done (like a hot towel or hot stones) but the service felt so rushed and unfinished, it literally felt like I didn’t even get a pedicure, I barely had any nail care. She didn’t even clip them, I was surprised when she started painting them.. If that was a Russian pedicure? What do you do for a regular pedicure? Just wet the feet? I will definitely be sticking to my regular place. I put 2 stars only because the person did a cute flower design that I actually liked. I paid $105 plus $5 tip (which I even ended up regretting after further inspection of my nails) definitely will never go back. Overpriced with mediocre pedicures and uncomfortable NON massaging chairs. ???? the economy is too bad to be spending so much just to be unsatisfied."

"Excellent service! Walked in Tuesday around lunch for a gel removal and regular polish. The lady was very nice. She was super gentle with my hands, which I've honestly never experienced before at a nail salon. It was awesome! I also told her to surprise me with the colour, and she chose a super good nude for me (my camera is trash, the colour is much nicer in person). The price was a little more than I was expecting but what are you gonna do!"

"A friend and I booked a few services with this establishment and we were accommodated on short notice which was very nice of them! I had a shellac manicure, the shellac had lumps in it AND it is now cracking after only 2 days of wear. For the $215+tip I spent on a simple facial and manicure, I expect much better quality products to be used. Unfortunately, we are from out of town and this was a special trip for us. We expected much better quality based on the pricing and reviews."
