"I recently visited for my first spa experience and received the Dermalogica Skin Smart Facial, along with a manicure and pedicure. From start to finish, my time there was nothing short of wonderful. Everyone at the spa was extremely kind and took the time to explain each step of the process. Their respectful and professional demeanor made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout my visit. The facial was particularly rejuvenating, and the manicure and pedicure were done with great attention to detail. I was also recommended a personalized skincare routine, and I picked up some fantastic products to maintain my skin at home. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly and satisfactorily. The aftercare advice provided was very helpful, and I left feeling refreshed and well-cared for. I had a very enjoyable time and will definitely return when I'm back in town. "I had a very bad experience with pedicure at this place. A few days after the pedicure, my toenail got infected and there was lots of pus coming out. I ended up going to the emergency room and had to take antibiotics to treat the infection. And now I’m dealing with an ingrown nail that I haven’t had in my whole life. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the person who performed this pedicure but I don’t recommend this place."

"Massively disappointed with this spa. I can’t speak to the physical venue or services as their booking system is so terrible, I never got to experience it. On Thursday I booked a massage for that coming Sunday, and received a confirmation email. On Friday I received a voicemail from the spa saying they needed my credit card details. I was unable to call within their opening hours, so managed to call on Saturday morning. They then told me they had no record of my booking and were now fully booked. No explanation of why my booking has vanished. It was meant to be a relaxing time to spend with a friend, which just turned out to be stressful."

"I’ve been on the lookout for a local east end space to decompress and recover after training sessions, and Omedome Recovery Room is exactly what I (and the area) needed. The concept is spot-on— focused on recovery, relaxation, and wellness. The space is beautiful and the staff are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. My favorite part? The cold plunge and sauna rotation—an absolute delight. We followed that with a calming tea and some time on the massage machines, and walked out feeling like a new person. The knee vibration therapy was a surprise bonus —worked wonders on an old knee injury I’ve been dealing with. If you’re looking for somewhere low-key to relax, recover, or hang out with friends in a more mindful way, it’s definitely worth checking out."

"Knowledgeable and kind staff made my experience enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised to see they used all CND products for the manicure. Their shellac selection was limited and quite old which seemed to have affected the gel’s longevity. Do note it’s located within a gym so noise level can be rather high when it’s busy."
