The staff is patient, accommodating and kind, and the space is clean and cute — perfectly suited for a day of relaxation in the distillery district. We weren’t prepared for how salty we’d be AFTER our float (and for the rest of the day) but this was a memorable experience and we’d definitely come back for more soothing moments."

"I had a wonderful experience with my partner this weekend! I’m 9 months pregnant and we decided it would be a beautiful bonding experience to connect with baby and eachother. We used their floaty neck cushions which were so comfortable and we both melted into a very blissful relaxing state listening to the guided meditation track. We felt very renewed and rejuvenated! The staff are so incredibly sweet and made us feel so welcomed. And the ginger tea is 10/10. Highly recommend ????"

"I’m so glad to have spent my day-off at H2O Float. I was warmly greeted by Marrin when I came in, then she patiently explained the whole process of floating as it was my first time. The float itself was really calming. I did the sensory deprivation float and the massage by Ryan (RMT) was truly relaxing. I highly recommend this place!"

I did the sensory deprivation and I was very comfortable and relaxed. The temperature was ideal and I was able to practice mindfulness and focus on my breathing. Highly recommended!"

"I decided to treat myself to a luxurious massage at the Spa myBlend and it did not disappoint. I came on a Monday morning and almost had the place to myself. All the staff were so kind and helpful. The amenities were great and super clean. Make sure you have enough time before and after your treatment to enjoy the amenities and lounge. I also enjoyed the tea and snacks that they provide. I got a hot stone massage and it was a truly relaxing experience. I got to choose the oil that they use and everything in the room (bed, temp, music) is adjustable to your liking. The only thing I didn’t like are the slippers, they are a bit uncomfortable. But other than that, a 5 star experience!"

"I’ve been to several spas in the city but this has to be my favourite one!! Clean, excellent service and the PERFECT place to relax. It was my first time visiting and I was kindly greeted by staff who walked me through the entire facility. I then got to my locker which has both my robe and slippers waiting for me and from there I was able to use the amenities (sauna, hot tub) before my massage appointment. I waited for my massage therapist to get me from the lounge room (which was gorgeous) and went in for my appointment. Genuinely one of the best massages I ever had, everything I had spoke of prior to my appointment felt addressed and Nancy was so kind to recommend some stretches to further prevent any tension in the shoulder area. During the massage session you are able to choose the oils of your choice, the Clarins oils (I believe it was the tonic one I chose) smelt AMAZING!! I am so excited to go back, I heard they have fantastic facial services and I will be checking that out!"

"Really nice decor and amenities but the service was not worth the money. Went for a couple massage they have limited 2 bed rooms so we had to be split up as they were all booked. Paid almost 800$ for two massages and the massages were so horrible. It didn’t even feel like the person was trained to massage anyone they did it so soft I kept asking to do it harder didn’t the sauna is not co ed so we were split the whole time it was simply not worth the money. Go place gives way better massages and cheaper with a nice faculty."

"I came to Spa myBlend for a self-care day and they definitely delivered!! I got a 60 minute deep tissue massage. My RMT was attentive and knowledgeable. She customized the session to my needs and also provided education on stretches I could do to relieve my tense muscles. The amenities were clean and spacious. I came mid-day on a weekday so I had a lot of spaces to myself. The busiest room was the co-ed sanctuary where 4-5 other people were also relaxing. The amenities included heated salt water pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. They also provided light snacks/ refreshments which made the stay even more enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend this lovely spa!"

"Beautiful and relaxing spa. The change rooms are large and have all the toiletries you’d need for getting ready after a massage. There is a coed lounge and a gendered quiet area for relaxing. I’ve spent a few hours here in addition to my massage appointment. There are lights snacks and plenty of tea for your enjoyment. The staff are friendly and helpful. The spa provide slippers, locked lockers, and a robe. You just need to arrive with a bathing suit on to make use of the steam, pool, and sauna. They do add an 18% tip which you can reduce or remove by request. That’s the only issue I have with this spa. A massage by an RMT is a professional service do not sure why they add this in."
