"My first visit and it was great! The spa is lovely, Jackie is professional, kind and informative about the service she is providing. I had a pedicure and reflexology and my feet have never felt better! Highly recommend this service."

"There was some kind of misunderstanding first of all. A woman was parked in her driveway sitting there (the designated spot for clients) and she thought it was me. she was texting me to come in but I wasn’t there yet, by the time I did get there she had canceled my appointment since she thought I was just sitting in her driveway and not coming in. Not realizing she canceled my appointment I went inside and could tell that she was upset, so I told her I could come back another time, she snapped at me and said no I’ll miss out on money, so I thought fair enough and went in for my wax. She kept going at me about this whole misunderstanding, and then finally after I started crying she said we can reschedule. I just wanted to get waxed and get out of there and never come back so I got her to finish the services. I was so uncomfortable the whole time, she was very hostile with me because of this whole misunderstanding, just not the vibe you want from someone who’s waxing intimate parts of your body, which is uncomfortable enough, so yeah, definitely wouldn’t recommend this place for waxing."

"This is not a good place to go to for nails. They completely messed my toes up. They were super uneven and some were way shorter than others. Both feet look like they were done by different people because of how different they were. As you can see in the pictures, the colour was all over my cuticles and they didn’t clean around or under my toe nails. They missed multiple steps that ensure a long lasting pedicure and It seemed like the person who was doing them was not trained at all. If you do not have a trained employee for pedicures then you should not offer the service. The customer service was also lacking. When I came to get them fixed they were unprofessional and rude. I did not come at a busy time so they can not use that as an excuse. I was kind the whole time even though I was extremely frustrated with how they handled everything. Would give 0 stars if I could."

"Exceeded expectations! As she walked me through the spa, Maude kept her voice down (so as not to disturb other clients) explaining what types of treatments were done in the rooms we were passing. She then gave me an amazing therapeutic massage then led me to their brand new "espace thermal". I booked the space for 1 hour and fully took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi, open concept shower and lounge chairs. The best part is that you can bring your partner or a friend or 2 and it's exclusively yours with no interruptions for the amount of time you've booked. I found the prices to be very reasonable. Will be returning with my hunny for sure! Once my hour was up, Annabelle came to collect me for my pedicure. She was very sweet and spoke highly of the team she is proud to be a part of. She was demonstrating for a student (I believe her name was Alexandra) who was also very impressed with this spa compared to others she'd seen and heard about. Needless to say, I am anxious to return and curious about the many other services they provide."

She walked me through everything I needed to know and made sure i felt comfortable the whole appointment. Atmosphere was clean and pleasant. "LOVED IT!! I went for the SkinPure Clarifying Facial, and it was the best! It started off with a back massage (on a heated bed!), then a mask for my back, and then the facial & massage! Jamille was the one doing my facial, and she was amazing!???? Super friendly, amazing at what she does, and even gave recommendations at the end! Highly recommend going to her."

"Save yourself the time, the money and your sanity.. just go somewhere else. Anywhere else but here. This place is anything but relaxing. The staff are OUTRAGEOUSLY rude and unaccommodating. You would receive better customer service at a Burger King. If you’re looking for a nice place to go, I’d recommend the spa in the village!! they are so sweet and do such a great job there! The prices are much better, they give a much better massage and you aren’t spoken to as if you’re garbage so that’s always a plus!"

From the greeting by the receptionist, offer of a beverage to a perfect manicure I can say I will definitely go back. Don't be fooled by the exterior of the spa, it's a whole different vibe inside."

"Beautiful spa. This was my first prenatal massage and it was with a male masseuse which I was a bit worried about. Filip was so respectful, guiding me each step of the way. He even showed me a stretch to do on my own for my calves recognizing they were tight during the massage. I will definitely be back…in fact I have booked a facial and pedicure for my mom and I for her birthday. Can’t wait and definitely recommend this spot!"

"I purchased a gift card for my mom to enjoy a pedicure, but the experience was extremely disappointing. For an $85 (plus tax) French pedicure, the service was subpar. The massage portion was minimal, and the French tips were uneven, requiring the nail technician to make corrections. To make matters worse, the technician instructed her to wait two hours before wearing shoes and suggested she walk back to her car in flip-flops in today’s -7°C weather—an utterly impractical and thoughtless recommendation. The service was overpriced, and the customer care was lacking. I would not recommend this spa for a pedicure."
