She is blending me a custom facial oil based on my skin & it’s unique issues including PH balance & acidic composition. The facial was also custom to my unique skin issues & I left feel more plump & hydrated than I have in years!! "I always enjoy my facial time at Tao spa. Winnie is an awesome person , who is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She is the only lady i go to for my facials and i trust her for selecting the type of facial i should get for my skin condition. She also makes custom facial oils, which are very good. "Most definitely one of the best facial experience I've ever had! Winnie was very knowledgeable about my skin requirement and delivered an extremely relaxing experience for me. My facial treatment was punctuated by several massage pauses which were done with a gentle yet experienced touch. The products used, the scents, the music, the lighting and the heated bed also contributed to making Tao my new favorite place! I'm looking forward to going back next month!"

"This was by far the best massage I've ever been given. The lady who did me was an older tinny lady, But extremely strong, And stretched me in ways Never done before. I came here with sn elderly family friend, we both got package B ( 1 hr massages and 45 min foot rub) Was so worth it!! "My back pain was relieved after the massage. Recommend if you have a stiff neck or back. However I have a little reminder that some of them have limited English level and might not be able to have a smooth conversation."

"This place re uses the water bottles they give to customers! Can you imagine their cleaning/disinfecting practices! So the lady brought me a water bottle which was not sealed when I tried to open it and I could tell that the outside label was worn so I said “I don’t think this is new” the lady said “no problem I’ll get you another” and when she brought the new one it was the same thing, there was no seal and the label was losing some of its colour. Ew!!!!!! Do they even wash the water bottles?? Disgusting, and water bottles are so cheap anyways and they can’t even buy new ones for customers. Huge health and safety risk. Check it out next time you go (maybe no one realizes because the room is dark) needless to say I did not drink any water from there. If they don’t care about customers drinking used water bottles, I wonder if they care about sanitizing their basins/products. I will never go here again."

"I had a great experience with Le Spa. The staff is so friendly and special thanks to « Amy » who did my full body massage. She was very professional and I feel much lighter now (the following morning) thanks to her :). This place is excellent for a full body massage. I will definitely come here more often"

"Terrible customer service on March 7th, 2025. Massage lasted less time than indicated. It was my second time at this place. The first experience was enjoyable and honest. This time I had a very disappointing experience after choosing the option of 45 mins foot relaxation again. The actual massage lasted 30 minutes only, then the hot towel was ridiculous 10 minutes and I was asked to leave the room 5 minutes earlier. I explained that the first time everything was on time and I didn't have anything to complain about but this time I was basically robbed of 10 minutes of foot massage. The receptionist was VERY rude, almost aggressive, saying that everybody has different techniques of doing things and that my lady decided to do it this way lol techniques have nothing to do with the time being taken away from the client. Never going back to this place even though I enjoyed the massage."

"I do not recommend to go to this place as they fool people if asked for receipts. They charged way higher than the rates specified in their own price list . First they refrained to give the receipt but when requested they agreed. But when the massage was done, they asked us for extra charge for giving receipt. This is extremely unprofessional and then they agreed to pay a little less if we paid cash. Eventhough they give good massage but they are extremely dishonest. Their listed price for package A is $105 + tax. But they asked us to pay $156 with credit card if we wanted receipt and $136 if we pay cash to get the receipt. Not at all go to place."

"I got this for my mom for her birthday on Groupon, she said that it was the best massage that she'd ever gotten. She also said that the masseuse would find the exact spot that needed massaging and would massage it, she also said he wasn't too rough, nor too soft."

"Been to multiple places over the years, very physical guy who works in the heavy equipment field and this place is by far the best. Back feels amazing every time I leave. My go to spot."

"I visit 8 Spa about once per month to help reduce my muscle tension and stress. Lili and Jessica are both very skilled in Asian style massage. Lili has a very cheerful positive personality (her English is a bit limited but we make it work with Google or WeChat translate). Jessica is also very friendly and her English is advanced enough for a good conversation. The environment is quiet and clean, there is street parking nearby and the price for the bundle of 5 sessions is similar to what is offered by other spas in the area. I tip the attendant directly in cash at about 30% in appreciation of her effort, knowledge, and availability at short notice."

"Worst massage ever. Previous room occupants were 10 minutes late coming out. So I was 15 minutes late going in. And I had booked a 1 hour massage. Masseuse tells me I can only do 45 minutes because there are other customers waiting. Then to top it off, they give me a receipt indicating their spa is in Gatineau, Quebec. I told them my insurance company does not accept out-of-province receipts. Plus, the spa is in ottawa, and the business license on the wall is from Ontario. They refused to change the address on the receipt. And offered me 50% off but without a receipt. Unprofessional, sneaky, and will cut corners. Imagine the shortcuts they take when cleaning/sanitizing their rooms?"
