"Allyson gave me an incredible massage. She was quick to reply and booked me an appointment right away. She has now fixed my back and my boyfriends shoulder. She made sure to ask if the pressure was ok which made me feel comfortable. She was very respectful during the massage, making sure i was covered and felt relaxed. Her space is inviting and calming. Defiantly recommend her she is the best!"

"I and my husband have been going to Allyson for 20 months now. We have experience excellent unbelievable massages each and every time we go. We book our appointments every other week, never once have we been dissatisfied with her services. Allyson has always been extremely professional, understanding and caring. My husband has Parkinson’s and she has been able to help him with his pain relief. I have even started to get her laser treatments for my feet and found that they are helping me for my Plantar fasciitis. I have given gift certificates out to friends and have recommended her services to may of my friends as well. They have been extremely happy as well with their treatments."

"Allyson was amazing! I was having serious issues with my back and neck and had been to my Chiro a bunch but everything was so tight all the adjustments failed to release the two spots that were causing me grief. I was desperate and everywhere I called told me they couldn't see me for atleast a week, Allyson got me in right away and did such an amazing job, I came in again 4 days later for a second massage and my back and neck were back to normal again, I was so relieved! Allyson is amazing. (And the heated table is a perfect added touch and makes a huge difference in relaxing.) I also appreciate her pricing as I don't have coverage so it is still affordable and sooo worth it! Thank you Allyson! ????"

"Very bad expereince here that I just can't shake. I spoke to my friend who's in school to become a massage therapist and when I explained my expereince she said this person crossed many lines. She commented on my tan lines and asked where I got them from. She made personal conversation about her car accident which made me feel very uncomfortable. The music was weird and loud. The atmosphere was not cozy at all. Leaving, I didn't feel relaxed and felt like I wasted my afternoon. She also said I was one of the only people who she's massaged that "didn't have knots" in my back which made me feel invalid for being there. Would not reccomend this person."

"The only positive aspect of my experience was I able to book an appointment in short notice and the price is affordable. However, I would have rather waited and paid an extra 20 dollars elsewhere. The atmosphere was not professional and I felt uncomfortable with many inappropriate comments made during the massage. There was conversation around covid, complaining about masks and discussions of how in order to work on my hips I shouldn't be wearing underwear or "wear a g string". I have been having therapeutic massages for years and every masseuse had no issues working on my hips with underwear on. There was loud country music playing during the massage which was playing on a repeated CD and had to request the music to be turned down. If you are looking to feel relaxed and comfortable during your massage, I would not recommend this service."

"I had the lymphatic drainage massage yesterday with Caroline. This was my first time experiencing this type of massage and Caroline walked me through everything I could expect. I felt like I walked out with much more knowledge than I walked in with. Caroline was kind from the moment I met her and made sure I always felt comfortable. I noticed results immediately, but what was really shocking to me was how different my leggings and socks fit the following day. Normally I have marks left on my tummy and my ankles from my leggings and I was so surprised to find that did not appear today when wearing these same leggings. It was a pleasant surprise. She is gifted in her ability to deal with problem areas in the body. Her assessment skills are stellar. She creates a massage experience that is relaxing, spiritually invigorating and offers relief to body tensions. Solace is professional with business aspects of scheduling appointments, documenting transactions and dealing with insurance companies. "I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Caroline recently. Not only was it very pleasant and helpful, she was very knowledgeable about anything running based, physio and kinesiology based. So not only did I benefit from the massage itself, I also learned a lot throughout the session about how to better recover and take care of my body, as I am very hard on it from the sports I do. I've also had multiple massages from Takara who is an RMT with lovely conversation and always helpful suggestions for maintaining my mobility and strength for the vigorous exercise I do through sprinting. I would recommend both of these ladies to anyone I know that would need these type of massages."

"WOW!!! Anne-Marie is an angel sent from heaven! I am almost 20 and already have been going through SEVERE chronic pain my whole life. I went to endless doctors, spending thousands and all it took in the end was a massage from Anne-Marie. My Dad has been also going to her for years and recommended her and she is amazing. I am studying Esthetics so we really bonded over that and body work. I booked in later in the day and she spent over an hour just talking to me about my lifestyle, pain, what I'm looking for and making a treatment plan for the massage. Although we took longer at the beginning, she made sure that didn't go into the time of my actual massage. She took her time, always checking on pressure and pain. She was so dedicated and focused in her work, as someone studying bodywork, she is AMAZING at what she does. If I could get one everyday, I would. Me being in the Esthetics industry I wanted to tip her lol, but I guess a good review will do! They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and extremely effective when it comes to dealing with acute injuries. They use a wide variety of techniques including the Grasston method (which I haven't seen offered anywhere else in town) and cupping to support their individual approach to getting you feeling better. "Booked an appointment last week for 6pm. I show up and was greeted by two lovely people and upon arrival was asked if I needed anything that it would be just a few minutes not to "rush excellence" which was all fine and dandy. The person supposed to be doing my hair was still installing extensions in someone's hair. Not once did they communicate with me that I'd be waiting OVER an HOUR. At that point I just walked out. Their loss not mine."

"I went specifically asking about curly hair, they told me the stylist new what she was doing, she was sweet but absolutely butchered my hair, and her child was at her place of work distracting her while she cut my hair, repeatedly they told me to come back if I wasn’t satisfied, so I feel like she knew she messed it up. She continued sheering my hair after it was styled, and it actually looked decent when leaving. After washing my hair I saw how botched it was. I didn’t trust them after that so I went to someone else to fix it. When I called the owner offered me salon credit also told me the stylist children were always welcome there. Which again fine but like …. Maybe not if they are distracting the stylist while they cut your hair?? at that point all trust was lost and I was hoping for a refund. She told me she would call me back and absolutely has not. I wasted over 100 dollars for a botched hair cut. Do not go if you have curly hair"

"This review is for people with curly hair: TLDR: I ignored the red flags, and my curls were butchered. When i called to book my appointment, i told them i have 2c/3a curly hair, and i would like a stylist with experience with my hair type, as i was in need of a significant cut. I finally found a style i loved, and wanted to take off about 8 inches. I'm such a people pleaser, I'm sad to say i ignored the red flags. I was booked with Kaliopi. I was desperate for a sign that i had made a good choice and was excited when i saw she had wavy hair herself. Unfortunately, my excitement was short lived. The first red flag: i was booked in for a 1 hour appointment. How could a stylist have time for a new client consultation, curl cut, wash and style in only 1 hour? There was no consultation. She barely even looked at my hair before she washed it. She started to cut, completely ignoring my curl pattern. I had even sectioned out the hair that naturally falls forward for bangs. I'm now left with an awful, strange triangle section in the center of my forehead. She put a pea sized amount of product into my hair, and combed with a fine tooth comb. This left my hair with the most awful frizz imaginable. She then used thinning shears to add "layers" that have left the ends of my curls looking like dead ends. I went home, cried, and rewashed my hair to try and see how i could possibly fix it. I resigned to the fact that the only thing i can do is wait 6 months to let it grow out a bit so i can go to a curly stylist in Ottawa. I did ask her to fix up my bangs a bit, as that was the only adjustment i trusted her with more than just doing it myself. I requested a call back from the salon to figure out what i could do, but no one ever got back to me. I will never go back to Allure, and I warn any curly haired person against getting their hair done here."
