"BOTCHED! Just moved to Alberta and trying to find a new eyebrow tech. Very nice lady and I truly hate giving bad reviews, but I am so disappointed and I don't want others to experience the same. This is definitely not the place to get your eyebrows done. I will share a few photos. The first two is her result with splotchy colouring and horrible shaping. I asked for medium/dark brown, thinner, with a middle arch. Not sure how these would be considered thin or arched. The colour is good, though. The third photo is what my eyebrow looked like before I went in and the fourth is what my eyebrows normally look like after a tint and wax."

"I’ve had a few different services from Mary; starting out with lip blushing. She did such a good job. She took her time to make sure they were done perfectly. My color is still so nice. I loved them so much that I did tattooed eyeliner.; along with facials, microneedling and henna for my eyebrows. I truly love it all. Mary is such a pleasant and kind person. Love to go just for the visits. She listens and does exactly what you want. She always checks up on you the next day or so to see how everything is. I had my eyebrows (or lack thereof) microbladed. The scar I've had since I was a baby is gone and my face now has nice framing. I don't have to paint eyebrows on anymore, what a lovely treat! I've also had eyelash extensions done a few times and WOW, does it open up my face! I felt very glam and get them redone once in a while. I take good care of mine, as Mary gives detailed instructions so you're not lost, and they last two months or more! I'm glad I found her and have already referred a friend who's now seeing her too. Susan was able to identify which muscles were tight and massaged them so they would loosen up and eventually help with pain relief. The massage was relaxing and enjoyable to chat with Susan at times. "Slipped on ice Monday morning-Joy! Next day couldn’t move my neck at all without moving my whole body & it hurting! Booked in with Susan later that day for a 90 min massage. Next day could move my neck side to side without having to move my whole body with it. Booked in again on Wednesday night for another 90 mins and was back to normal Thursday. 1st massage hurt so good and the atmosphere was so relaxing that I fell asleep at times. 2nd massage-was very sore, but she dug those knots out! All the ladies at this practice clearly take pride in providing an exceptional experience for their clients, and as soon as you walk in the door there is a sense of calm and relaxation. I love this location - tucked away and easy to get to... and I love how quiet the space is when you're getting treatment. "I recently had a photofacial (IPL) at this Spa. On entry into the clinic i was met by my aesthetician Zeny. She asked many questions and gave lots of information on what to expect during the treatment and also longer term. Zeny repeatedly checked in with me and explained what she was doing the entire time. It was a great experience. I am pleased with the post treatment results as they are as Zeny had described. The clinic has a great vibe … friendly, warm and inviting. I will be going back for another photofacial after the holiday season and would recommend this spa without hesitation."

"I booked an Organic Facial, having never been to this spa before I let the staff member choose which service would be most appropriate when I called to book. I arrived at 1115am (facial started approx 5mins later)and I was in my car again at 1150am, I was charged $85. On the website it stats the Organic Facial is 45-60mins and $120. When questioned about the shortened treatment time the staff member stated, “the time depends on the needs of the client”. The employee had no idea if this was my first facial or fiftieth! Not at anytime, were the facial steps explained to me, nor were allergies, skin type or sensitivities questioned and when asked about extracting a milia (?), I was told they ran out of the tool that extracts them. There was nothing relaxing about this facial, my skin felt no different than what it did prior to the treatment and the lack of communication (education) made the entire experience no where near the standard of other spas in the city. Oh! And I left with a soaking wet shirt collar as I wasn’t given a robe or towel to wear instead of my clothing."

I appreciated being taught about what the procedure entailed and my esthetician was extremely knowledgeable, clear and concise with all the information. "I’ve never left a review before, but I had to after this awful eyebrow lamination experience. I've been getting my brows laminated for years, and this was by far the worst. The staff was friendly, but they kept coming in and out of the room, and I never saw them do hand hygiene before touching my skin. The whole process was rough and abrasive, definitely not suitable for sensitive skin. The waxing left my skin red and raw. To make things worse, they didn’t remove all the leftover wax, style my brows, or provide any aftercare. I regret ever coming here and will never return."
