"It took me a while to decide if I should even put a review or not. The staff were very kind, the place itself was clean and convenient. I booked a pregnancy massage for myself and facial for my sister. The massage. Not sure where and how-to begin. It was mediocre at best. The individual preforming the massage was clearly bored and lacked the skill. The amount of times she looked at the clock in one hour was nuts. To be fair, I kept looking at the clock waiting for it to end. She must've been incredibly new or just didn't know what she was doing. Lots of tip of finger use and no technique at all. She was very nice but that skill isn't there. The facial, my sister said certain aspects were good and some were not up to par for the service being received. Can't say I'd recommend and I don't like doing this as small businesses work hard."

They dont seem to know how to do it properly and forced her to borrow money from someone so she could pay upfront since they couldnt figure out their system. Unacceptable. "By far the best masseuse I have had is with Xiaoning (Apple). She goes above and beyond for her patients. Not only focusing on the knots in the body but gives advice and stretches on how to reduce the reoccurrence. She truly cares about her patients and is extremely skilled at working out all the tight muscles. Not only with her fantastic hands but using other methods like cupping, and IOAS (tool) to really make sure you leave feeling pain free. She makes you feel extremely comfortable and is incredibly kind. I truly cannot recommend her enough."

I booked a One hour massage with Jack, Now, if you’re a regular with this gentleman, you should go somewhere else because he has no clue what he’s doing.(I also find it funny how other people’s profile says registered with CMTO and his says nothing at all! dose he even have a license, if he dose he should really go back to school. I’ve had many massage’s and what I experienced last week was not a massage. He literally massaged me with the sheets on, when he did remove the sheet to work on my legs, he was literally pinching me..oil drys up, not very pleasing… he had me stretching more than a massage, I didn’t realize I booked physiotherapist. On my way out, there was nothing Of the sort, how was your massage? Everything okay….. I was desperate, but I don’t even recommend this place when you’re desperate. Stay clear from having a massage from this gentleman, waste of money."
