"The overall great experience. The machine will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I will say that the attendant could have attended better. There were three of us, we received no explanation, they just took our money and showed us to each bed. We weren’t made aware that certain machines are capable of higher pressure than others (we would have taken turns), nor that if you only want a certain portion of your body done they can set it that way. Attendant did let me take extra time in the more powerful unit and limited it to just my low back / glutes to neck after asking questions. Biggest piece of advice; ask questions they may not explain it otherwise."

I came in with a headache and a very tight neck, and by the end of the session, the headache was gone and my neck felt better than it has in a long time. My husband had similar relief in his upper back and neck. We both really appreciated the use of stretches as part of the massage—such a thoughtful and effective touch. The techniques felt personalized and different from the standard routine you might find elsewhere.
