"I have been coming here for about 2 years now for massage therapy and about a year ago I became a member and I 'm so glad I did , for starters Christiana is absolutely awesome , she's such a great receptionist, always in a good mood and always smiling and always so very helpful with booking appointments and working around your time and schedule that works best for you , I know some people might think that's what they're soppose to do as a business but still , I still find it nice that someone is able and willing to work around people's busy schedule with ease . As for my massage therapist I was seeing Jim for awhile who has been away now for an injury and I was so worried that I my next therapist wouldn't be as good as Jim but I was wrong , Jim was awesome and I hope he gets better soon and returns but today I had Victor for the first time and I absolutely loved it , again just like Jim, attentive , kind and professional. Always checking in asking if pressure is ok , I really like the staff here . The place is always very clean , very welcoming , staff are very professional. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for massage therapy or any other treatments. They offer a variety of different services . Once again I want to express my gratitude to the staff here for helping me managing my pain with their massage therapy and my sincere thanks to the front desk staff especially Christiana for always trying to work around my schedule ."

"I had a terrible experience with Hand & Stone Mississauga Dixie and their corporate team regarding a serious incident during a laser appointment in October 2024. During the treatment, the technician mistakenly performed the laser over my tattoo, which resulted in a burn, blistering, and significant fading of the ink. This could have been completely avoided if proper procedures had been in place. 1. Lack of Proper Intake & Verification Process – When I reviewed the intake form after the incident, I noticed that there was no clear section to document tattoo locations, nor did the technician ask about them before proceeding with the laser. This basic oversight led to the damage to my tattoo. 2. Failure to Disclose Risks Before Treatment – I was only informed of potential risks after the laser session was already completed. By then, the damage was done. A responsible clinic should ensure clients fully understand risks before treatment, not after. 3. Lack of Accountability & Communication – After reporting the incident, I initially received an acknowledgment that the matter was under review, but after months of follow-ups, I have still not received a resolution. I provided a fair and reasonable request for compensation to cover the cost of restoring my tattoo, yet they have ignored my emails and calls. 4. Negligence in Handling Customer Concerns – The location claims they are “waiting for direction” from HQ, but HQ has remained silent. It has now been over three months without a proper response. No reputable business should take this long to address a serious mistake that resulted in an injury. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I feel completely disregarded as a customer. If you're considering laser treatments here, be aware that if anything goes wrong, you may be left without support or accountability. I expected much better from a company that provides aesthetic treatments. I would strongly caution others against trusting Hand & Stone with laser services, as their negligence and lack of professionalism have been unacceptable."

She was very gentle and kind and explained each step of the process clearly and also recommended products that I could use to improve my skin. Very Happy with the place overall. "I received excellent treatment from Camelia. She gave me a thorough massage and also focused on the problem areas I mentioned and was able to relieve the muscle tension and aches. "Terrible service by Althea. Went for a facial with her and she never asked first if she could do an upgrade during the facial, and she never advised that what she was doing would be an additional charge. Basically a scammer. She left the room many times during the facial and also never gave the complimentary massage. She was cleaning her equipment (for the next person) during the facial which was very unprofessional. Have done facials with Anissa before. she always massages my neck/shoulders during the facial and she has also never left the room or tried to clean her equipment for the next person while I was in the room."

His pressure was the right amount. His personality is very welcoming, kind and genuine. I 100% have finally found a massage therapist I will continue to see."

"This is a great place if you want a full experience of relaxation and pampering! The staff at the front desk are warm and welcoming. They go above and beyond to provide excellent service. The facility is super clean. They have a beautiful caldarium and a lounge, where you can relax and enjoy peace and quiet. They provide coffee, tea, water and snacks. The change room has steam showers which are luxurious. You are encouraged to come as early as you want and stay as long as you want after your treatment to enjoy the amenities. I booked a 60 min massage. Paige was my RMT, and I would definitely recommend her! She is well versed in her practice and helped treat several trigger points and tight muscles in my back and legs. I really enjoyed my time at Bliss Spa and will go back. It is a great value for what you pay. Their yoga studio is also awesome!"

A balance of relaxation, therapeutic and deep tissue that left me feeling like a new person! "If you are on the fence, just do it! After trying to figure out a routine on my own and spending a lot of money on products that didn’t work at all (or well together) to address my concerns, I finally reached out for a virtual consultation. I was asked to fill out an extensive questionnaire and submitted photos and Maja and Jasmine got back to me fairly promptly with a routine and suggestions for products. They have also been very responsive to my questions and were able to suggest alternative products to address an allergy. I have been using the routine for a month and I am already seeing significant improvement. While starting an entirely new skin routine can be expensive, you will save money in the long run with a simplified regimen using effective products. I highly recommend the service!"

"It has been about 10 months since I had my online consultation with Maja and Jasmine. Consultation in itself was fine. I bought $700 worth of the recommended skin care products from Green Envee and Dermaquest. I really committed to the process, knowing I would probably purge in response to the skin care changes, but I thought the "medical grade" products would be my holy grail. My acne/redness did not improve at all over the last 10 months, and actually ended up slightly worse. The only product I will continue to use is the Colore Science sunscreen. Disappointing considering the price of the products, but I knew it was a risk. I've switched to a drug store brand of derm recommended skin care and am seeing the results I've been waiting for."
