"I was really stoked to find this place. You may get sticker shock, but it’s worth it. The whole experience is 20/10 amazing. I’ve booked the Scandinavian room for 1-1.5 hour blocks and it comes with a private/chill room, change room, mint tea, a cold jug of water + mini fridge, TV playing great music, a cold shower/bucket plunge area, and a hot hot sauna. While you won’t be able to submerge yourself in a tub for the cold plunge, I found the bucket drop equally as exhilarating. I also really like the staff. I find her very friendly, funny, and incredibly accommodating. I’ve been early every visit and she just lets me start early. The only thing I would say is to be mindful of your time. There’s no clocks in there (which is nice) and if you got over your extended time I believe it’s $40 per extra half hour. Highly worth it. There’s also membership options. If you’re into cold/hot therapy, this is a really great luxurious option for you."

"I booked one on the sauna rooms for my friends to relax and catch up in. It is exactly what we wanted with a relaxing private space that was wonderfully clean, plenty of room in the sauna for us to spread out in and the relaxation room was great for our breaks. Plus the passionfurit tea that they made for us in the relaxation room was delicious."

"Wow just wow the second I walk in it’s so welcoming. I have a big thing about germs/bacteria but when I walk in I can tell they take care of everything (in the building) and everyone that walks in the place. The place was so clean and any concern I had about that was quickly erased I knew this place was nice but wow they blew my expectations away. They were so professional with everything it was the most relaxing facial experience I have ever had (I fell asleep for a little haha!). "A wonderful spa, a great place to relax with friends or a date. I'd never have thought to visit a spa if my friend hadn't suggested it, and was nervous about it beforehand but thoroughly enjoyed it and will certainly visit it again. 2 hours in the sauna is about the right amount of time if you aren't used to it. I'd recommend thoroughly hydrating beforehand and being prepared to rehydrate afterwards. 10 out of 10 experience."

"This is my favourite place! Manicures & pedicures are great, so is permanent makeup, and the facials and massages are out of this world! The place is spotless clean, staff are highly professional and friendly. Nadezhda is trained in so many modalities (like different types of massage, cupping, reflexology, osteopathy etc.) and combines various practices creatively in one session, depending on client's needs. Very unique and just amazing - my skin is glowing, I'm losing weight, even my posture has improved. Highly recommend."

"This sauna is a great place to spend time with family and friends. The atmosphere was really nice and made it easy to relax. The customer service was excellent; the staff were friendly and helpful. The room (Swedish for 4 people) was clean and had plenty of space. It came with a changing room, shower, and the sauna itself, which made the experience very convenient. I especially liked the cold bucket shower, which was perfect for cooling off after the hot sauna. Overall, I highly recommend this Sauna. It's a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy a traditional slavic sauna experience. My advice ask for “Venik” in advance to elevate your experience!!"

"I had an amazing attentive treatment today with Dante. My massage was done with intention. I could not turn my neck when driving and shoulder checking. My lower back and shoulders were a mess. When my treatment was finished I felt more inline than I have been for a long time. I highly recommend coming to see Dante for all your therapeutic massage needs. Treatment room is inside a gym (The Den), it’s beautiful and clean and very cozy. Looking forward to my next treatment."

"I decided to come to this spa to get some laser hair removal done because my coworker mentioned the place to me. Had a bit of trouble locating the shop at first which definitely is Apple Maps fault, not the spa's. I was greeted immediately and was placed in my own room to get the treatment. The staff was super helpful and informative throughout the whole treatment and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Overall, the experience and the PRICES were amazing enough that I not only rebooked for another laser hair removal appointment, but also a microneedling treatment not even a full 2 weeks after my initial visit. Can't wait for my next appointment :)"

"Not happy with over all service recieved from Ambrosia! Purchased the 1 year full body laser package for $999 with Simran. The price of the package was not worth the unprofessional services provided. My advice to customers is that you compare with other spas. Cheaper prices does not guarantee professional services, especially at this spa. Few things I was thrown off by: 1) full body laser did not include the womans chest area or Brazilian as the tech was uncomfortable. After a few complaints, she finally opened up to doing a Brazilian laser but left the chest area. This should have been disclosed at the time of purchase, and it wasn't. My Consultation should have been with the tech doing the treatments, not the owner whose main goal was to take payments and get contracts signed. 2) rebooking appointments seems like a normal behaviour for Simran. Excuses like weddings and sickness/docs appointments are commonly used. I had an incident where she rebooked me and I ran into her at rogers place the same day. 3) if you have a tattoo, you need to remind her every time. My tattoo was fine. But those who I referred to Simran had their tattoos zapped at and ruined. No responsibility for this mistake was taken. 4) very careless. Simran has told me she hates doing laser treatments, and she's bored of it...This is clear, as the burns and marks on my body from her carelessness are ridiculous. Her excuse when you raise concern for a burn is 'sorry, but it's ok, you signed a contract waiving our liability'. She's just very careless. 5) simran does not know how to handle conflict situations. She booked me for an appointment, and when i showed up for my session, she cancelled on me as she noticed i was a few days early as per her contract. I spent an hour preparing for my session, drove 45 mins to get to this spa, and took off early from work. I refused to leave without completing my session. She finally did my session after telling me that I am rude for comparing her service to other spas. She also threatened to cancel my package with no refund, and after this the rest of my other 6 treatments were done with no care or welcome. The awkwardness at the salon was not worth it. But as I signed a contract, I wasn't able to withdraw my treatment. 6) I was promised a 1 free session at the end of my package from the owner due to simran's rudeness. I have been waiting for that last session since June. I have called and messaged to rebook but no reply has been given. When I finally got a hold of simran she told me she has no time. She offered me a MALE tech to do my full body, which I found very insulting and disrespectful. I now give up and will not be getting that last free session. Overall, Please do not be fooled by the fake reviews below, I definitely was fooled. Please compare with other salons. Other spas offer a FULL BODY laser treatment every 4 weeks. A few extra hundred bucks will get you a professional who knows what they are doing and a better deal overall."

"I purchased a package of 4 laser treatments for my face. It was a waste for me as it seems like it did not make a difference. My main goal was to get rid of my side burns.. In my consultation i was told if 4 was not enough then they will work something out for me. I told Simran that the treatments are not working and each time I was told to monitor the growth. In the end of the sessions I was told that grey hair cannot be removed.I don’t know why they did not mention this in the beginning. This spa was only concerned about selling packages, client care or satisfaction is not their priority."

"I was very impressed with the care and attention I received at my hydrafacial appointment at Ambrosia Medical Spa. Aran was great and thoroughly explained in detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. My face has have never felt better! After the hydrafacial she was able to assist me further in recommending some skincare products which I easily integrated into my daily routine. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!"

"I have been on a hunt for my "Medical Spa" for couple years now and I have tried quite few ones. I am glad I decided to try Ambrosia, it is a luxurious place that provides very professional services! I had my appointment with Arsh and he is an amazing professional and person. He listened to me and what I wanted and totally respected what I was asking for and didn't push any extra services, gave me professional explanation for some questions I had. It is only day 2 and am happy with my Botox results! I will definitely continue going back and do Botox and other services! Highly recommended ????"
