"I booked a solo spa day to pamper myself and this was my first time visiting this spa. I had the hot stone massage and it was heavenly. I was so relaxed, I truly enjoyed the amenities and the staff were very nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing spa day."

"I really enjoy coming here for massages. The only downside is that unlike some other spas (for example, Hotel X), complimentary parking is not included. Very unfortunate. Complimentary parking during the spa stay would really complete the experience and would entice me to come for treatments far more often."

Steam room is breaking with booked match marble floor to ceiling walls. Sauna is warm and cozy. Women’s bathroom has a vanity area is complete with high end blow dryers and skin care products. Swimming is very large, great for laps. Good deep tissue massage therapy and wonderful staff."

"Hands Down Best Spa Experience EVER! If you want to experience luxury, this is where it is at. My husband and I went for a couple's massage and got to experience so much more. The pool, jacuzzi, and steam room experience were phenomenal. The lounge area snacks were top tier, also included a glass of Prosseco after the massage. The massage was extremely relaxing and included a foot exfoliation such a great bonus! My masseuse Robyn was extremely sweet and thorough in removing my knots. Special shout out to Matthew for being so warm, kind, and informative during our whole experience. Definitely will be coming back for more !"

"Best not to book a service here in the winter time. They are not accommodating to weather and road conditions and still charge you. All of the luxury hotel spas have 24 cancellation policy but they are accommodating and make exceptions since they want to provide good customer service and ensure repeat visits. I would recommend going to Spa my Blend by Ritz Carleton for a better experience at the same price."

"The place is great. Laura was amazing at the spa reception and also our RMTs Aida and Alyssa. The service was professional and the staff went above and beyond. Everything went smoothly and was a great experience. The only thing that left a sour experience was adding an auto grat of 18% on the bill without asking and just saying we had added it. There is no mention of this on the website or during reservation inquiries. And not only myself, but many people below in the comments mentioned the same so I guess the spa must revise its process and let customers decide what they want to or do not want to pay Grats as they are not mandatory and customary. This is the only thing that brought the ratings down from what could have been a 4 or 5."

"I am usually not much of a spa person as I find them to be overcrowded and noisy. I was pleasantly surprised with my visit and did not expect to love my visit as much as I did. Everything from check in to checkout went smoothly. All of the staff were so welcoming and friendly. After check in I was taken to the change room and given a brief tour. There is a steam room, showers and vanity area to get ready. I was given a pair of flip flops, towel and a really cozy bath robe. You don't need to bring a lock as the lockers have locks on them. Prior to my massage, I relaxed in the spa lounge, which has a nice 31st floor view of the city. I absolutely loved the lounge chairs and the fleece blankets were a nice added touch. The lounge had snacks and tea to enjoy. After my massage I was given a nice big glass of Prosecco to enjoy while I relaxed in the spa lounge. I didn't have a chance to check out the infinity lap pool or the whirlpool on the 32nd floor. Overall, a perfect spa day and I will definitely be returning."

Her gentle and thorough approach left my face glowing more than before. I truly appreciated the overall service. The only minor point is that the session was shorter than the anticipated 30-60 minutes. Nonetheless, I am very satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend Stephanie."

I love the overall experience—everything from the heated table and soothing music to the oil massage tailored to my desired intensity and the warm towels made for a comfortable environment. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dion as he has been my go-to massage therapist. Booking an appointment online is easy, and they even call to confirm, which is a nice touch. Even if you’re not a gym member, this is a great opportunity to use the facilities. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I can't wait to go back! 2022 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was recommended the LifeSpa that is located inside Life Time Athletic in Ajax. I saw RMT Dion Clarke for 1 hour who provided an exceptional service that is helping me on my journey of pain management. The staff was professional, appointment was well organized and scheduled, room was clean both welcoming, comfortable and relaxing. The massage techniques used by Dion were effective and helped release some of the pain I was having since my concussion. I highly recommend LifeSpa but specifically RMT Dion. An added bonus is that you can also use the Life Time Athletic facility for the day. I enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and steam room after."

"I asked for half highlights just to frame my face and around the top of my hair. The junior stylist decided to only highlight half of my hair (one side)???. She added highlights underneath the layers of my hair (I specifically said the top only) and she ultimately damaged my hair. When I asked for a correction I was offered a follow-up appointment 2 weeks from the date of the complaint. Followed by a slur of insults such as she should have known there would be an issue because the consultation took longer than 15 minutes which is not true. She charged close to $300 and condescendingly mentioned she had to use her own products to do my hair. At that point the trust was completely broken. I refused for her to touch my hair again and asked for a partial refund in which the stylist said no. $600 later, 2 additional visits with another salon to fix the damage that was done. The stylist is incompetent, has zero listening skills, and should find a new profession. There was zero follow-up. I expected more."
