"Amazing! I have gotten my nails done from different salons but they never turned out good. This was my first time here and I booked with Tina after reading the reviews. I have never been happier with the outcome! She was very detail oriented and spent lots of time getting the shape of my nails perfect. She asked me about everything and made sure I liked the color and shape before continuing. She even added the gold flakes to the design and I love how it turned out. "First time coming here and I was super excited to get my nails done! I just feel like there was no connection or communication between me and my nail tech (Tracy.) all she did was get me some water and then got to work. She didn’t really ask me anything besides the length and shape.. there was no cuticle care at all just straight to filing. I’m a little disappointed because my nails turned out pinker than they should have and it’s almost a clash against my skin tone:(. I feel like this could have been avoided by just talking to me about what she was doing. At one point my nail tech pulled out a whole bunch of water color paint thing for my leopard print and it didn’t even really look like she knew what she was doing… my thumbs aren’t properly aligned and the whole set has imperfections. I’m a little disappointed but I will attach the photos of my nails and reference photos below."

I have been here three times and each time I walk away extremely satisfied. I book my acrylic nails with Rachel and she is fantastic, she colour matched with the picture example and did the designs perfectly. "If your looking for a lenghty intresting conversation and a warm welcoming this is the salon to go to. To delineate an individual with the task of cutting and trimming someones hair can be stressful and tense; especially when its at a set pace, to rush something in the means of an art form. But she did wonderfully, and accomadated my appointment the night before. The service was extremely quick. Coffee was great, she is very talented and I felt right at home, 11/10."

"I’ve only had perm twice in my whole life and I thought it’s about time to do it again. My hair was so resistant to chemicals, it being so straight but Lisa took care of me and did her best to help achieve the perm that I wanted for my hair, even if I had to come back the next day since my hair almost went back to its true “straight” nature! Montana paid attention to what I was comfortable with, including using techniques that didn’t apply a lot of heat as I am not good with hot items applied to my skin. "I want to give zero stars. I had a good experience the first time I went, so I recommended my sister for a colour correction. When she went into the salon, the hair dresser processed “lightener” aka bleach for over 50 minutes at least. The left side of her hair fell out from the chemicals and the hair dresser accused my sister of lying about previous chemicals she had used and the lightener was reacting to those chemicals. My sister went in for the colour correction knowing full well she had bleached her hair and didn’t have unrealistic expectations. Beyond that, no test strand was done prior to any chemicals being applied to the entire head of hair. The hairdressers professionalism during the session was lacking, as she kept throwing her hands up in frustration. After the appointment, my sister returned home with chemical burns on the side where hair had fallen out. Having recommended this salon, I won’t be returning and have reached out to the salon but have yet to hear back. My sister was charged a flat rate of a colour correction despite everything."

"Amazing experience hands down they make you feel welcomed and treat you with respect. They are looking to please every customer with time and care. I am new to the Chatham-Kent area I was worried about getting my nails, toes and eye brows done in the area because I am from Toronto and I was wanting a new place to go to. I was working and met one of there employees one day and asked what type of nails they do and if they can do designs. The women stated that they can do what I needed (showed her pictures on my phone what I wanted). She told me the prices and made me feel comfortable about getting my nail done. Overall experience was fantastic and I will definitely be returning for my future nail, toes, and eye brow appointments! Maybe even hair, eye lashes and more....as it is a one stop shop for everything! Great place!!! Great people!!!"

"Unprofessional use of bleach products on my friends hair. Burnt her hair off and left chemical burns but blamed her for it despite the over processed bleach and use of plastic instead of tinfoil. I get my hair bleached every 6-8 weeks and this has never ever happened to me. Do not go here if you want to lighten your hair!"

"Went for a trim came out looking like a triangle!! Went back to have it fixed came out still with a triangle head and now with huge pieces missing, my entire haircut was uneven with long pieces! Didnt show me the back and I saw why when I got home!! Avoid at all cost! Will not be back."
