I’m currently now 34 weeks pregnant making laying on my back quite difficult to get my lashes done, but both Lynn and Rupam have been absolutely amazing and accommodating for me with adjusting the bed and the way I lay down. They continuously harass amd stalk the spa and employees. This is sad and pathetic on their part, police are handling it Now, and they will be held responsible. These are grown women some almost 50... Move on, your are only embarassing yourselves. The real loyal clients of KSS know the truth."

She informed my massage therapist Sarah "I told her to reschedule me for the end of the month". The problem with this is that not only did I not say this, but I received a text message from that very same person yesterday confirming my 845 am appointment today to which I responded "yes please". How you mix that up is beyond me, how you go rescheduling a client without their consent or even awareness to the date and time you set up is beyond me, and how your lack of professionalism just cost you a long term client will probably forever be over your head."
