"Literally just had the most amazing first experience at a Japanese headspa. My friend discovered this place through TikTok and we were so happy that our treatment lived up to the hype!!! Upon entering you’re warmly greeted with luxurious aromatherapy and a super clean and modern atmosphere. The reception swaps your shoes out and provides these comfy foam slippers to walk around the spa with. We booked a room for two for just the headspa service, which was nicely lit and smelled amazing with relaxing music. Lily and Tina serviced us, these ladies gave such a wonderful massage and scalp treatment and treated us like royalty. Usually I get pretty anxious and tense when I’m approached with unfamiliar physical contact but they both did an amazing job at setting a relaxing tone. I literally almost fell asleep (and I’m usually ALWAYS on high alert/tense) because it felt so good. Everything from the robes, blankets, bed, and products were a 10/10 it was so easy to lose track of time. My friend and I both agreed that hour went by so quick lol! My hair looks and feels amazing after the final blow dry; they used dysons so it wasn’t overly hot or loud. Also bonus points for the little snacks and drinks they provided, so cute. Pricing was a breeze and I definitely felt like we got a great deal. They are a new spa however so I’m expecting prices to increase over time but even still now is definitely a great time to book for the value! They also offer other services like a full body massage, foot massage, facials, and RMT massage (double the price because they are licensed massage therapists). Will 100000% be returning and recommending to everyone! TIPS: 1: Parking and entrance is at the VERY BACK of the building. 2: Bring cash!! It’s not required (they take tap to pay and card) but it will save you 10% off your total. They have an ATM if you want to pull money. 3: You have the option to receive a headspa treatment with their brand new massage beds for the same price as being on a normal massage bed, but they are very popular and first come first serve so the receptionist recommended calling ahead of time."

"Highly recommend this place for those looking for a good head spa. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with such kind reception staff. The atmosphere and waiting area is clean with a nice refreshing scent. Anna and Sunny both went above and beyond for my mother and I. Not only does my head feel refreshed, but the amazing neck and shoulder massage left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. To top it off, after the head spa massage, Anna and Sunny brought us to the hair drying area. They used Dyson blowers to carefully dry our hair and applied a hair oil at the end to give my hair a nice shine. My hair has never felt so soft since this service! Can’t wait to book another appointment with them soon!"

"I had the privilege of being treated to a head spa for the first time by my mom and I am so glad that my first time was at Fans Head Spa. The staff were so lovely and welcoming. The spa itself is very nice, very luxurious and just sitting in the waiting room had me excited for the experience. My mom and I were treated by Linda and Anna, two very warm & amiable women. The scalp treatment was very relaxing. It included scalp and hair treatment as well as scalp, neck & shoulder massages that were wonderful. At the end they blow dry, oil, and brush your hair and you leave relaxed, refreshed with soft and nice smelling hair. I highly recommend trying this place out if you have ever wanted to try a head spa at a really good price, we will for sure be back."

"Sorry about the delay: I was so relaxed forgot to take pictures. Their set up is so cute and welcoming, very well put together. Even the room where they dry your hair. The rooms are clean, smell great and are a good size. Well decorated. I was serviced by Penny for a body massage and May for the headspa. Both services took me to a tranquility state! Amazing experience. May was super kind and went the extra mile to ensure I felt very relaxed and calm. Their product smells really good and the quality of the product seemed to be top class. My new go to - as it is closer to me. I love that they are open till late and I was able to book a 8 pm to 10pm appointment for both services. Will take more pictures next time and add."

"Please note this is at back of building. Mary did an excellent job with the massage and wash. I’ve seen some people complain they left with wet hair, my hair was 100% dry when I left. All staff are so nice and great customer service, soda coffee or water plus cookies/candy. I felt very relaxed after going and even though not everyone is 100% fluent in English they try very hard so be patient or use google translate :) Very clean and pleasant place! Will be coming back. Thank you to all three lovely ladies (Jenny, Susan and Mary)"

"My friend and I had facials for special occasion and the staff were wonderful. Kathy and Simmeron were both exceptional in their facial service and Kathy was very attentive in following up as we relaxed in the lounge. They gifted some ampules for added at-home care. And while we relaxed at the spa lounge, they served us a complimentary chocolate cake for our special occasion. Thank you once again for the relaxing and recharging service."

"Honestly one of the worst experiences I had with a “luxurious” spa. Starting with the booking process, took me 4 hours to get a hold of them to even book an appointment. We booked for couple massage on July 28 at 9:30, they ask to arrive 30mins before the appointment time. At 8:51 on the 28 while we’re outside the hotel I received a call telling me one of the therapist didn’t show up due to emergency, which I completely understand that can happen. The lady on the phone gave me 2 options- cancel the appointment or get a massage only for one of us (what?!). I ask if they have any therapists on stand by and if we can come at later time that day as I booked it for my husbands birthday. She was very rude, gave us no options, wasn’t apologizing what’s so ever. Left us with such a bad taste, horrible customer service And overall experience. Would not go back nor recommend this place ever again!"

"Such a wonderful experience from start to finish! We treated ourselves to a spa day before a wedding and it was the perfect experience! Wonderfully relaxing and de stressing! Everyone was so helpful, warm and charming! Mary at the front desk helped us out a lot and was so friendly! Simran was my massage therapist and was very attentive and wonderful! It was a great experience that melted away the stress and nerves! My family members loved their facials as well and it was the icing on the cake! 10/10 experience from the start to the finish. "Nice Ambiance, but horrible experience. Booking is definitely challenging as the reception is not familiar with the details of services. Scrub is definitely not worth the time or money. They literally have you lay down on towels and they put towels on top of you while scrubbing. It was messy and she missed a few key areas. The prices are on par with other hotel spas (Shangri la, four seasons etc) but the services are dated and are not worth those prices. I literally ended my service early because I was so uncomfortable. My technician agreed my experience was horrible (flickering lights, damp towels and broken shower head which drenched me from head to toe etc) and committed to speaking with the manager. manager came and spoke with me and he apologized and said he would look into things. I then was checked out and paid my bill and not one person asked about my experience. I phoned a few days later to follow up and was told manager would phone me. He phoned next day and began the call by saying “ so how can I help you” as if our whole conversation on the day of was irrelevant. Throughout the convo I was met with a condescending and cold tone, He ended the convo with “they followed service protocol but he would get back to me after looking into things”. I told him don’t bother, it doesn’t take days to rectify a situation as such. No regard for customer experience is concerning and I definitely will never book there again."

"My husband and I had massages and they were incredible! Booking was easy and reception was very friendly. You get nice soft robes and can use the hot tub, pool and steam room before/after your treatment. The massage therapists were great and gave a nice hard massage. They have fancy beds that adjust, and all of the extras like choosing your own scent for the lotion, hot towels on your feet and eye masks. They even gave us a little treat on our way out. Highly recommend!"

"Great spa loved every minute of it, the only reason they did not get a 5 star review is because they charge 20% gratuity. I have never been to a spa that charges gratuity let alone that much. I do believe in leaving tips when deserved and I always tip very well but being forced to leave tip I dislike and unfortunately I probably won't return."

"This is the best physiotherapy clinic I've ever been to. Every other place I went to they kept giving me more exercises but I already am an athlete. I needed healing. He adjusted my hip, straightened my legs, and it immediately made a big difference. Improved my mobility and pain significantly after just one visit. Now we are working on deep muscle healing by needling and electrotherapy. I highly recommend this very knowledgeable.physiotherapist. Don't waste your time or money anywhere else like i did in the past."
