Inna is so good at what she does, great professional manners, her fingers are so pressured and relaxing. she makes sure you feel comfortable, the pressure is always soothing. Her service has not disappointed even once. She keeps a friendly chat depending on client needs. She accommodates to your request. Could not request a better masseuse. Great massage place for reflexology and also full body. Reasonable prices as well, they also allow you to use benefits if you’re getting acupuncture services. You’re the best, Inna!"

"I made an appointment for foot reflexology. It is actually not foot reflexology or a foot reflexologist it was just a foot massage just to be specific because I really needed reflexology. Also to be noted ,the massage was done in what appears to be a waiting room where you first come in so the receptionist is right there and people are coming in and out of treatment rooms therefore it affects your experience and for me took away from it being relaxing. I also have tailbone issues so the fact that I had to sit in a chair for the massage rather than being flat out on a bed like a normal reflexologist does made it quite uncomfortable. I would just like them to be more upfront and admit instead of what I think was an attempt to hide the fact that you're not getting foot reflexology which is VERY different from a massage"

"Just came out of my 11am reflexology foot appointment today February 9 and wow was that ever incredible! I had previously read the bad reviews and was a little skeptical but decided to try it out anyway. Boy am I glad I did! My practitioner was Esther Z and was she ever talented. I highly recommend her! My feet have been aching for months and months to the point I needed to do something about it. My feet feel so good right now and the pain is gone. I am very happy with this company and will be returning!"

"The ladies at Adore Nails & Spa are very good at their jobs. They are friendly and easy to chat with. They offer different nail options which is helpful for someone like me (someone who doesn’t always know what they want). If there’s any problems, you can return and they’ll fix it right up. Their pedicures are amazing! They have great massage chairs to sit in while they do them. I always get a simple set of shellac. They even did my girl’s nails while she waited."

"I had a really good expirence here yesterday for my appointment. While we were looking at what we wanted for nails we noticed their new spa packages. We asked if we could do a walk in and we were told we could. We had a spa pedicure, new set of manicured nails and we tried the new hair cleansing spa they have. The spa service was really relaxing and cool. My friend and i were able to get the treatment done at the same time in the same room. They start by doing a herbal cleanse of your scalp and hair which smells amazing. Then after that your still laying on the table and get a hot stone hand, foot, neck, shoulder and back massage. They then dry your hair and we got a cute hair claw clip from the service. I felt really refreshed after and the price was really fair for what we got. The one we chose was about 70 minutes in length but you can get ones for less or more time. The staff were really kind and nice to be around for the 4 hours we were at the salon. They did a great job with the pedicure and manicure and each one came with their own massage. Ill be returning. I would highly recommend this place for the price, quality and if you need a little quick spa day for yourself."

"This spa is very neat, clean and nicely decorated. However, I had an extremely poor experience as a prospective new client. I had booked a consultation ($50 deposit btw), arrived early, and STILL waited 20 minutes beyond my appointment time. I had to inform the receptionist that I only paid for an hour parking and 20 minutes is a long time to be "behind" between appointments and I would have to leave if I was waiting much longer. My consultation was maybe 10 minutes, where my nurse injector talked about options and ultimately we decided on a treatment that requires a nurse practitioner to come in from out of town. I would have to pay another deposit to reserve my appointment, saying this new deposit invoice would be emailed to me same-day. It's now 3 days after my appointment and this new invoice has yet to be sent to me. I was looking forward to my treatment regardless of the poor new client experience, but now I am out $50 and need to find a spa with the same treatment option. I guess this business is satisfied with their current clientele that they do not value new clients."

"Warning: AVOID 3D Lifestyle – Unprofessional, Unsafe, and Unaccountable I deeply regret choosing 3D Lifestyle for my laser hair removal treatment, especially after being drawn in by their positive reviews online. After paying upfront for eight sessions, my first three were fine, but everything changed during my fourth. A new technician, unsure of the settings she was using, openly admitted her uncertainty about the treatment settings. Despite her hesitation, I was still treated and it led to immediate and painful skin reactions. Over the next few weeks, the damage worsened and three months later, I’m still seeing doctors and dealing with the long-term effects of their mistake. When I reached out for help, the clinic’s response was dismissive and shockingly uninformed. Faith suggested my symptoms were merely “acne,” which my doctor confirmed was in fact a serious reaction to the laser. It took multiple follow-ups just to get basic aftercare guidance, which ended up being minimal and inadequate. The clinic’s mishandling of my refund added insult to injury. Not only did they try to withhold the taxes I paid (which is illegal), but when I went to collect the refund which was agreed upon, they had reduced the amount without explanation. They gave me the contact info for the CEO, but despite reaching out twice, I was completely ignored. This experience made it painfully clear that this clinic has little concern for customer well-being, accountability, or even the basic standards of professionalism. Adding to the unprofessionalism, Faith frequently shared private details about other clients, discussing their appearances, body sizes, and even personal conflicts—at one point sharing details about a mother and daughter arguing during their session, despite my clear lack of interest. This breach of confidentiality was beyond unprofessional and left me feeling even more uncomfortable. The technician's admission that she wasn’t sure about the settings used should have been a red flag, yet there was no effort to investigate the cause of the adverse reaction or take responsibility for the harm caused. Simply put, they didn’t care about my safety or well-being. I strongly caution anyone considering treatment here. This clinic's lack of expertise, poor customer service, and complete disregard for client safety make it a risky and potentially harmful choice. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistakes."

I was greeted by a pleasant professional who welcomed me into a calm, clean, soothing space with a pleasant aroma and warm bed to lie on. Her hands were like magic as she massaged my head thoroughly and eased through tension in my head, shoulders and neck, that I didn't know I was holding. She took her time when using applications on my scalp and offered answers to any questions I had. She explained that most people fall asleep with the comb she uses, and assures that was ok, but her kind personality kept me chatting. I can't pinpoint my favourite part between the head massage and the fantastic blow out she did afterwards, but overall it was a fantastic experience and I would recommend it to anyone!"
