"The entire experience was super relaxing! The heated massage bed was the best part. The eucalyptus aromatherapy oil in the room opened up my sinus. Massage was good, just a bit expensive if you have no insurance coverage. They do direct billing, which is also one of the reasons to visit."

"Had a very disappointing session with Abbie. I was looking to get a deep tissue massage but she was really really bad at it. She put pressure on wrong areas that didn’t release the stiffness of my muscles but was oddly painful. I was hoping the session to be done asap. After my session, she shared the names of other massage therapists that are good at deep tissue massage so I believe she’s aware of this too. While I appreciate her acknowledgment, this should have been communicated with me before I booked a session. If I knew she was bad at deep tissue massage, I would have not booked it in the first place. So it was a complete waste of my time and money. I wonder if she’s very junior considering that she also left an excessive amount of oil on my body and accidentally ended 10 min earlier (which she apologized and reduced my rate accordingly). I’m writing this not to hurt her feelings but to be transparent that the massage was not meeting my expectations."

"They did not disappoint! The vibes were immaculate. The moment you walk in you’re transported, the decor is really incredible. Every single item is thought through and goes with the theme, from the alarm clock to the bathroom incense. It is just so so beautiful, such a treat to be inside such a well designed, beautiful space. Now for the massage itself. Andre did a truly excellent job. He listened to exactly what I wanted, and was the perfect balance of gentle but deep enough to release tension. He was an expert, releasing the knots and muscles in a way that relieved so much pain immediately. He was almost like a physiotherapist with his expertise, releasing pressure points in the armpit to relieve pain in the shoulders. I felt so much better, one of the best massages I’ve gotten and I’ve had hundreds all over the world. I definitely had much better mobility and less pain, even the next day had no increased soreness. I will say they are almost double the price compared to my usual place, and even after my generous insurance ($160) I paid around $130 extra for an 80min massage. However I think it was worth it and such a special treat! There was a bit of a hiccup with scheduling that I was disappointed with, where after I scheduled over the phone weeks in advance, they called me the morning of asking me to come earlier. However, they did their best to make up for it and as long as it’s a one time issue, I will stick to giving them the full 5 stars. Overall absolutely wonderful, the only thing that would make it better is having a sauna in the facility however there are many other spas nearby to hop over to afterwards!"

The therapist was kind and asked me about any problems before the massage and enquired about my experience afterwards. The place also serves coffee and some other drinks. "My body is sore all over from heavy workouts and I am in desperate need of a massage. I booked an appointment Friday night for a Saturday morning session. The system showed multiple availabilities and I was surprised but happy to be able to get one so soon. I was very excited and looking forward to the massage. Saturday morning came and 30 minutes before my appointment, the receptionist called to say that their system "double booked" me and they actually cannot accomodate me for today. I was very upset and disappointed. She did not offer any additional assistance nor did she try to make up for the mistake their system made. I will not ever go to this massage bar and will not recommend. The service is severely disappointing."

When I brought it up, the owner was furious that I even mentioned it. Mind you, it was after she washed all her tools while I was still on the table, and I even took my time to get dressed. She repeatedly made me say how many minutes I'm complaining about before applying the discount ( in a really F U way). She said that I was unbelievable for complaining just 5 mins. Needless to say, I won't be returning or recommending this place. Short or long, a booked massage session deserves full service. Mistakes can happen but for me, it's how poorly she reacted."
