Ashely has conducted two very "spicy" laser facials on me: the CO2 laser and the Secret Pro—Refine RF microneedling. "I’ve been here a few times just for smaller things like eyelash lifts and tints/eyebrow waxing etc. They’ve always done a great job but today really solidified how truly amazing the service here is. I was going back and forth on getting combo brows because they’re expensive and permanent! So a little scared of course. I’m so glad I decided to go through with it, and more than that I’m happy I chose Nitasha as my service provider. She did an incredible job from start to finish. Although I have sensitive skin and eyes she was able to work around all the tears and give me the brows I’ve always dreamed of! Seriously, they’re so beautiful I can’t stop looking at them lol. I’m not a super talkative person (and I was tired today) and Nitasha was just the right amount of personable and friendly, but not like talking my ear off or making me feel like I had to talk. I also appreciated the fact that she stayed focused on her craft rather than focusing on the conversation. This allowed me to put my full trust in her even though I could not see what she was doing, I never once questioned if I was going to sit up and hate my brows or not, I just knew they were going to be nice and my expectations were honestly blown out of the water. "I have been coming to this place for 3ish years now for lip feel. I have gone to Sarah and Lacey and both are just so fantastic. Lacey trained under Sarah's wing and Sarah should be proud. "I went here thinking it was a walk in clinic. Turns out it wasn’t. After talking to the staff at the front desk for a bit she asked if I had a family doctor cause it just so happened there was a doctor accepting patients. I didn't have one so she set me up for a meet and greet for the next day with Carrie Hope. I found the staff very polite and very helpful The next day I went to meet Carrie. And let me just say she was the nicest doctor I’ve met. She was very patient answering all my questions and concerns. She really took her time getting to know me asking many questions and even chatting a bit about other things. She set me up for all my appointments including some extra ones just to make sure all was great. I was very lucky that I came to this place and I got put with her I would definitely recommend to others."

"Dr. Efobi is an excellent doctor! I went to see her a couple of days ago because I had hurt my ankle and it was quite swollen. Dr. Efobi physically examined it by applying some pressure on different areas. She also asked me to let her know when it hurt the most. She then told me that she suspected a fracture and that I might have osteoporosis. She sent me for X-rays, blood tests, and a bone density test. Dr. Efobi's diagnosis was exact. Now, that's what I call a good doctor! She also called me at home, in the evening, to inform me of the results and give me some guidance with regards to what to do about this. I trust Dr. Efobi and consider myself very lucky to have her as my doctor. Thank you, Dr. Efobi, for your professional care."

"If you like waiting multiple weeks to get results from the doctor for any type of exam (blood work, x-ray, ultrasound, etc)… Then this is the office for you. A simple solution would be to make a phone call once the results are in, and if there’s no answer leave a voicemail with the results. A short explanation. It literally takes 3 minutes. If further information is required, then an appointment can be made. But Instead the doctor insist you make another appointment, which will then take another week for her to get In contact with you. (So now we are at multiple weeks after results are in). The process is so unnecessary and frustrating. I will be changing office’s immediately."

I had tried so many different aestheticians and unfortunately did not find someone that I was comfortable with and felt like they had the care and experience I was looking for. It has been over 7 years I ONLY go to Minevia and she always makes me feel better. "The owner has very poor communication skills and poor customer service! Been supporting her since the pandemic, a loyal customer, but she simply doesn’t appreciate or care about her customers! Been out of the country for some time, and I flew in specifically for her services out of loyalty, planned my whole itinerary around her appointment. She tries to switch my appointment at the last minute when I was already on the plane! When I let her know how unacceptable that was, she called me rude and canceled my appointment altogether, then blocks me!!! Completely unprofessional! I would NEVER recommend her overpriced services! Go spend your money where you are valued as a customer and not treated like you are disposable!"
