"Booked 1 massage and Jenny left the room 3 times whenever someone walked in, massaged my one calf for 30 minutes while she was on her cell....then wanted tip. I got ripped off. She tried to make it up with a free 30 minutes, then offered a free 60 minute massage, but I don't trust this place anymore. Even if they paid me to go back, I wouldn't. I wish she would have been honest and say she was busy instead of taking my money for nothing."

From the moment I walked in and offered a cup of tea - I felt relaxed by the calm atmosphere, and I made sure I was comfortable right away. The woman who took care of me was fantastic—she really took her time and gave my feet the attention they deserved. The pedicure was incredibly thorough. My workbook feet haven’t felt so soft and refreshed! If you’re looking for a place that offers top-notch service and an all-around great experience, Lotus Spa is where you need to go. "Wasted 35$ on shellac here. The lady didn't let me pick the color I wanted. Kept refusing when I asked for something different. Mom got regular polish and it was the sloppiest job I've ever seen. Her nails were rough and half-done. All that money down the drain, just to spend more somewhere else to get them redone. I regretted coming here so much, we won't be returning."

"Absolutely don’t recommend it. Quality of products is weird . No dipping in manicure. No scrubbing no moisturiser. I was charged 10$ more than I was quoted on the phone and then told that I heard incorrectly ( mind you I called twice before I went there). Never going back. P.S: There was no exfoliation done in the pedicure too. Why waste money for just getting your nails cut and calluses removed. Manicure with shellac and regular pedicure was 70++ . Hard earned money going waste hurts."

"I went for a lash lift & tint. It was my first time ever getting my lashes done and I honestly can’t tell that I was there for an hour. They look the exact same as when I walked in. At the beginning of the procedure the woman stated that I had really full long lashes (I was surprised as I don’t think so). Once the lashes were done I was even more surprised that they didn’t look any different. She said, “oh well your lashes are pretty short”. They don’t even look lifted or curled at all. I wish they would have told me I was wasting my $100. I’m still going to have to curl them and use mascara when I want them to look done. Everyone was nice but I wish they were more honest."

"I’ve never had any treatments done on my eyelashes before, but I was always curious to try lifting/tinting. Had this treatment done on my lashes today. I’m not sure if it was done correctly. The lashes on my right eye are lifted/tinted as I have seen in photos, but the lashes on my left eye look to be only half lifted/tinted. For this reason, I’m rating this service a 3/5."

"This was by far the best hair experience I've had in a very long time. It is the first time I've left the salon super happy with my colour and cut. Brittany knew EXACTLY how to give me the colour I wanted and listened to everything I said. She took her time on my hair and made it perfect. I genuinely feel so lucky to have found her. It's been YEARS since I've had a stylist that listened and gave me the exact colour I wanted and truthfully gave up on loving my hair. I told Brittany that I really didn't like yellow in my hair and that I felt like it must not be possible to remove the yellow from my hair because stylists over the last 5 years haven't done that but NOPE it was totally possible and Brittany knew exactly how to manage my hair. She was awesome to talk to, really took her time to make it perfect and taught me a lot about my own hair. I tried to take photos of my hair but my work and home have warm lighting so it doesn't do the colour justice. Just take my word for it! I checked off "balayage" in the services I received. Technically I didn't get an applied balayage but as my hair grows out, it'll become a nice balayage, which I think is more awesome and harder to do than an applied one. It means that my hair will look awesome all the time."
