"Kleanse new home is so clean, uncluttered, minimalist, very zen actually! During my facial treatment, so relaxing and nothing is rushed. Products used go well with my skin. Kim does an amazing job! Now, let’s go to Shino, whom I have 90 minutes massage the next day. As she works on my back, I fall asleep. "OMG have i ever been over due for a massage. Too many knots and kinks in my body. I could barely lift my hands up over my head. Summer was absolutely ahhhhhmazing! Polite, professional and fixed me up. I can't wait to go back! 90 minutes was too short. I can lift both arms above my head now. This is a great place! If you have insurance don't let it go to waste. "Great massage from Sabrina. She noticed that my left shoulder was very tight from holding my daughter and spent extra time there to make sure it loosened up. She was also very friendly and explained what she was doing and what I could do at home to keep my shoulder from getting as tight again. Would definitely book again."

"The message services are not to their best and I wouldn’t recommend it. They are too harsh on your body and do not reply when asked questions like if they feel any tension on a particular body parts or anything, they rush to do their job and get out of the room. Did not have a great experience."

"I have bee to sun wellness spa and the receptionist on October 18, 2024 at 6 pm was the most unwelcoming person ever. She took an order for hot stone massage and in the middle of the massage she said there will be no hot stone massage for that day in a very rude way. I would like to acknowledge the manager and the lady who massage because they tried to fix the problem.However despite thier effort to fix the problem, the receptionist continued to speak in a rude way about us for the other staff in front of us. Please mentor the receptionist to give good and respectful customer service and communicate with clients in a respectful manner."

"This is Touch Massage Bar's second location. I have been going to their King St location for years but I am so happy that this midtown location is closer to me! I went last week for a massage and was so impressed with the beautiful, new space. It's open, airy, and so beautiful to just sit in the lounge area and observe while waiting for my therapist. The front desk manager took my jacket, was incredibly warm, and offered me slippers and water. The massage itself was relaxing and just what I needed to mend a sore shoulder and neck. The rooms are well designed, and I even appreciated the beauty of the bathrooms! It is such a nice oasis in the middle of busy Yonge St. After my massage I sat and had a latte just to ease back into reality. Overall the experience at their new location is just as great as I always expect it to be, and I dare to say this location is even nicer! Only because it's bigger and closer to me :) Can't wait to come back!"
